*at times, I'll refer to the nameless boy as Him, with a capital letter! It'll just be easier than saying "the nameless boy" every time :)*
"Dani!" I said running to her and giving her a hug. Kade was walking behind her, texting away at his phone.
"Okay, why are you so happy to see me?" She said after I didn't release from the hug.
"I have exciting news!"
"Well, what is it?"
"I'll tell you when everyone's here and seated."
"Hey." The nameless boy waved.
"Hey! I didn't know you were coming!" Daniela smiled.
"Yeah, she convinced me." He said.
"It'll be great. I'm paying!"
"Oh thank goodness. I've been buying every item I see lately. Someone needs to take my credit card away." Daniela said shaking her head.
"Just think to yourself, 'Do I really need these pair of shoes even though I already have a million pairs?'"
"I only have like thirty. Geez, Arabella."
"I have two." The nameless boy said.
"How do you live?" Daniela said.
"Dani! They're just things to protect your feet."
"Whatever, can we get a table already?"
"They said it would be a ten-minute wait." He said.
"You have no patience." I sighed.
"I don't." Dani crossed her arms. Avery walked in and looked around before spotting us. The Nameless boy nodded and gave him one of those boy hug/high five things. "Nice seeing' ya man! So Arabella, what's the good news?"
"I'll say once we're all seated!" Everyone mingled and chatted with each other until we finally got a table in a nearby booth. We ordered our drinks and the waiter gave us a smile before walking off.
"Soo?" Avery asked.
"Okay okay. This morning I went to the mail and there was this huge envelope. I'm overly excited and freaking out with enthusiasm to announce that I got accepted into my dream college!!! I'm in!"
"Oh my God! Dude, that's amazing!" Avery said giving me a high five across the table.
"Omg! I'm so happy for you!"
"That's pretty epic man. Guess your hard ass attitude towards life paid off!" Kade smiled.
"How did your parents react?" Avery asked.
"They kind of don't know..."
"What? If I made it into some fancy college I'd tell the whole world." Kade said. "But we all know that would never happen."
"I will eventually. I just have to wait a few more weeks. Once I'm eighteen they can't say no."
"Good plan." The nameless boy nodded.
"They deserve to know now, but I guess it's safer to wait on it." Daniela said.
"Yeah." I shrugged.
"We're all proud of you, Doo," Avery said taking one of my hands then letting go shortly after.
"Thanks." I smiled. I had the best friends ever.
