Chapter 7

My eyes fluttered open as the sunlight coming from the window hit them. I was awake but curled up in the comfy blankets and thought about the night before.

Mrs Wylde, or as she would like me to call her, Jessica had prepared a huge and delicious feast for me.

She wasn't sure if I was a vegetarian or not, which I am not, so she made a whole set of vegetarian foods like prawn salad, vegetable lasagne, pasta, tuna rolls and sushi.

She had also made a variety of meat foods, especially for the boys, such as meat lasagne, a huge turkey, leg of lamb, pizza, shepherds pie and chicken pot pie.

It must have taken her at least a week to make of those foods!

I thought there was going to be some leftover food, but I had forgotten that there were six boys who ate like pigs at the dinner table. Even Jason could eat for England!

The girls didn't even bother to grab anything from the meat selection because we all knew that if we just tried to get our share, we would get battered.

Once the boys finished all the meat dishes they even helped themselves to the vegetarian dishes! I mean like, what?!

I ate so much last night I don't think I would be able to eat anything for breakfast.

Speaking about breakfast, I gotta get ready and go downstairs.

I sat up and looked at admired the room.

I was sleeping in one of the many guest rooms the Wylde family owned in their stunning home.

I was in the 'glossy red guest room'. It was on the third floor, next door to Sophia's bedroom, which she was very happy about.

I loved this new room. It was way better than any other room that I have ever stayed in. It was a room that you would find in a luxurious person's house. All the walls were white and glossy except one wall which was a blood red shade.

The bed was against this wall. The bed was very low and was elevated by a glossy white platform. It had red and white bed sheets and pillows. Behind the bed was a black glossy shelf and on top of the shelf was four picture frames. They were pictures of red flowers.

Besides the bed , on the same platform, was a thick black strip that had square lights built in it. When you lift up the strip, it was a mini compartment that you could put things in, or clothes.

There was a bedside cabinet which was white and had a red vase on it. There were two rectangular lamps dangling from a strip of metal that was attached to the white ceiling.

The right wall next to the bed had an enormous window with dark brown blinds covering them, blocking out the natural sunlight.

Just against the same wall was a two snow white sofas that were placed next to each other in an L- shape. They both had pump red cushions on them and in front of the sofas sat a coffee table with a red drape over it and a neat centre piece placed on top.

At the back of the room was a white door that led to an en suite which was decorated in the same manner as the room was; red, white and black.

Beside the door was large full length mirror, but when you slid it to the side, it turned out  to be  a sliding door that led to another room. That room wasn't any old room. It was any girls' dream room. It was lit by dim light at the top of the low ceiling and there was a soft white carpet on the floor that greets you as you walked in. As you take a few steps in you can see to the left side of the small room was a white dressing table, the kind you would find in a dressing room for stars backstage. It was neatly placed against a white wall that had small shelves attached to it holding nail polish bottles. there was a mirror and naked bulbs bordering it. There was a plush cushion chair to sit on whilst doing your hair and make up . there was a small dark brown wooden shelf to the right of the dressing table and it was used to store your hairbrush and make-up. On the left of the dressing table was a cupboard and once you open it there are smaller compartments in there that allow you to store all your jewellery and hair clips and so on. Then to the right side of the room was a huge wardrobe that you could walk into. it had a rack for log dresses and a shorter rack for shirts, jeans, shorts etcetera. then there were were draws for your underwear and socks and another full length mirror to admire yourself in. In the centre of the room was a round red rug (the alteration!) and a dark brown coffee table was placed on top. There was a small coffee/ hot chocolate/ tea machine in the corner and comfy looking sofas and beanbags were situated around the coffee table. There was also a red clock up on the wall above the flat screen TV. And just next to the door that you walk into there was a small screen that showed you what was going on it the actual bedroom. Just to see who was coming in and out. There was also a connecting door that led to the en suite so you didn't have to leave the room to get to the bathroom. It was just easier.
