Alvin groaned and threw his game controller on the floor. "I will never beat this stupid level! Ugh!"

He had been trying to beat this level ever since they got home from Miami, and it just wasn't going to happen.

Miles stopped in his tracks as he heard Alvin yell at the screen.

"You stupid game! Why can't you just let me complete this level and let me move on?! You are the most annoying piece of machinery ever!"

Miles quickly walked to the living room as he saw Alvin was about to pounce on the TV.

"You, useless game are going to get it now..."

Alvin flung himself into the air, heading towards the front of the TV, until he was suddenly stopped by a pair of hands that were around his waist.

"What the-?" Alvin looked behind him to see who the hands that were around him belonged to.

"Miles? What are you doing?"

The boy laughed as he kept holding Alvin by the waist. "I could ask you the same question, Alvin. What were you doing getting ready to ponce onto the TV? Do you want Dave to ground you again?"

Alvin sighed as Miles our him back down on the floor gently. "I guess...I just get so frustrated when I'm playing a game, and I keep trying to beat a level, but it takes like 100 times to beat it. You know what I mean?"

Miles nodded as he sat beside Alvin. "Yeah, I do...it does get really annoying when you keep having to repeat the level, and you don't know what you're doing wrong that's making you fail."

Alvin nodded as he listened to the boy. "Exactly! Finally, someone who understands! My brothers or Dave don't understand why I get so mad when I fail a level."

Miles molded in agreement. "I know the feeling, Alvin. My mom doesn't get video games. Maybe because she's a girl that doesn't play video games, or maybe it's another reason, but still, she doesn't get why I'm so hectic about them."

Alvin picked up his controller. "Yeah...hey, wanna play with me?" He picked up the second controller and held it out to Miles, who happily took it.

"I'd love to Alvin, and by the way, I've played this game before."

Alvin looked at him as he kept playing. "You have?"

Miles nodded. "Yeah, and to defeat this level, you have to go around the kill zone, not the fire zone. No one will see you there. Everyone knows that. What were you raised in a barn?"

Alvin rolled his eyes, but smiled. "Ha, ha."
