It was a time of night on a Saturday that you would never forget. You just finished practicing the same move for over an hour, and you were all sweated out and panting, and you both agreed a 10 minute break was needed, stopped and took a sip of your water bottles, and sat next to each other on the floor with your backs leaning on the wall.

"You're getting better, arent you, Rachel?" he said, turning to you smiling.

"I am?" you asked, happily approving his compliment with a grin.

"Yeah, you have really improved since you got here. I think these hours of practice really paid off." Your heart fluttered. Yoseob was proud of you.

"Thanks. Only, i think we need to work on the spin again. When i head towards you, i sometimes forget to grip your hand. And then i dont know where to stop."

"Yeah, i also see that you arent looking at me during that part. But you need to look at me during that scene, because it'll show more of the chemistry that is supposed to be displayed between our characters."

You bowed your head low. It wasnt that you didnt know this already. It's that you simply couldnt . That was because that scene was the closest you and Yoseob have ever been before. Spinning towards him, him grabbing your hand, and then staring into each other's eyes with an intense gaze. It was hard enough you had to kiss him later, it wasnt even that part, just how were you going to do this play like this? So you were so nervous, that every time that part came, you messed up.

"Come on," he said, getting up to his feet, "I know with just a little more practice, you'll get it down. Want to practice one more time?"

He held out his hands to you and you hesitated, before taking them. "Okay." He pulled you up to your feet and your head felt dizzy just looking at him. He turned his back and started to go towards the middle of the floor.

"Try it again. This time, no music. Just try to picture the scene in your head, and the stage. Us in our costumes."

You took a deep breath and tried to picture it all, and spun toward him slowly. When you neared him, his hand met yours as he halted your spin to a stop, his other hand gripping your shoulder. You forced yourself to look up at him to see him staring down into your eyes, and your heart squeezed. He was so close. Close enough to feel his breath on your face. He was so handsome. His stare looked like an innocent puppy's, and he gave away to a childish grin. You smiled too, but something felt weird. He wasnt quite letting go of you. A second became two seconds, and before you knew it, you two were staring into each other's eyes for what seemed like years. His smile dropped.

"Good... Job..." he said quietly. You nodded.

"Well! That's about it for today, i think we better start heading home before it gets really late, ill see you on Monday!" He rushed out, before letting go of you and heading towards the door. Your heart fell to see him leaving. Did i do something wrong? You thought. Afterwards, every practice after that became easier, like if nothing happened. But he was more kinder, more considerate. Always asking if you needed a break, going to the store to get you water and a light snack. Making sure you got home safely by driving you home.

Now you stared in his eyes and his eyes smiled back into yours, and your stomach was turning with such energy and you just questioned over and over again: Just how am i gonna kiss this guy again today? His prince costume made him look even more stunning. He really fit the part; a dreamy prince that would make any princess's dreams come true.

"You look lovely," he said, making you blush. "Let's do this," he said, taking your hand into his and patting it lightly with his other hand. You nodded.

"Aja, fighting!" you said.

The curtains opened and you bit your lip nervously before taking center stage, and starting the opening act. You did everything just as perfectly as you practiced. You said your lines well, you sung. Yoseob sung, and each time he did your ears were blessed with the very sound of his golden voice that touched your decibels and melted down all the way to your heart. You and him danced and pranced all along the stage in your costumes. His lines were said with such emotion that you had constantly remind yourself that this was just an act and he was playing a fictional character.

It was time for the last scene, the scene your hands and legs were shaking to as time got closer and closer to it. You took a big, nervous breath. He belted out his highest tune, you spun towards him. You tried to focus on the spin, perfecting each line, pointing your toes. You got to him, and he caught you. You looked into his eyes and they stared back into yours with a wanting gaze. Your heart started dancing in your chest. His long fingers closed over yours. His singing lowered as his nose got closer and closer to your nose. You tried your best to close your eyes, and soon the audience, the stage, the music disappeared, and Yoseob's short warm breath drowned out all thoughts. And then his lips pressed onto yours with just enough pressure to make your stomach internally scream.

The lights went out. The music ended with a bag. The curtains closed. Everything was over, the final scene, finished. And yet there you were, backstage, no one else around, just you and him.

And he was still kissing you.

His hands were brought up to your face and his thumb caressed the side of your cheek, making caring little strokes. He pulled away and smiled that sweet smile you loved so much.

"You were really awesome today. I always wanted to say how great you are of a dancer. You are very graceful as you dance. You fit very well in my arms, you are so tiny. I like the way you smile, and the way you never give up. I like everything about you. So, what im trying to say is... why arent we together?"

You were shocked at his words, overjoyed , your happiness could almost burst out of your skin and make a mess of sparkles and confetti all over the place.

"I dont know, but ive been wanting to hear you say that for a very long time," you confessed. His cheeks lightened in pink.

"Will you go out with me?" he blinked down at you. You couldnt have been more elated.

"Yes, Yoseob. I would be more than happy to go out with you."

You watched his grin almost tear his cheeks from being so big, and the entire cast gathered around you for the final curtain call. You all held hands together, Yoseob's fingers sliding into yours. You both locked eyes, and smiled.

You looked out into the crowd and all of you bowed, the crowds cheering and whistling, and you vowed to never let go of that hand. The hand that gripped at yours so tightly, and you knew he was vowing the same.
