Eros POV
"Eros, where are you going?" I turn to see my brother, Anteros, turning the corner in our garden. A delicate flower in his hands rough hands.
"I am merely going into the human realm." I say slyly. My feathered wings fluttering excitedly.
"Oh, no you aren't! Let the humans be. You've caused them enough troubles." Anteros face was stoned and serious, but I could see the slight hint of amusement in his eyes.
"I promise that i will be a good boy." I reply in a sing song voice as I fly off of our patio. Leaving an annoyed Tero in my wake. He could of easily caught up to me with his graceful butterfly wings, so he must not have been too mad.
concealing myself to look like a human, I begin to walk the streets of a mortal town. It was the same as all of the other towns I've been in. Different faces, same stories. To an immortal, the issues of mortals become obsolete. Though I've never cared to much for humans. Despite my title, I only bless mortals with my arrows when I need a form of entertainment. One time I had shot a married man and watched as he fell for his male secretary. It was wild, though it becomes boring after awhile. Forming all of these love triangles, and turning lovers into enemies. Typically Tero cleans up after me. Reversing some of my magic, bringing people together, so on and so fourth. He should be the one the humans call cupid.Though he prefers to stay in my shadows, I don't mind that much. At all actually.
I walk into a pub on the corner and find a seat on the bar. I call over a bar tender, a busty girl with blue hair. Her blonde roots were coming in and her pierced nose was slightly crooked, she had on a corset top with a short tutu skirt. Her brown eyes were dull and her cheeks flushed. She was decent, her breasts made up for the rather boring appearance, even though they were fake. I find humans who change their bodies to look more attractive are boring. I always admired the natural beauties. Such as my brother. We looked almost identical, except his hair was a darker shade of blonde and his hair was longer than my own, as well as our wings. Mine are wings of a proud eagle, his of a graceful butterfly. Other than that we both had the same dark turquoises eyes that flare in purple when we are buzzing with lust , or a bright red when we are consumed by anger. The same muscular build, and staggering height.
"What can I get ya?" She asks, leaning on the bar so that her breasts poked out slightly.
"I want a whiskey on the rocks." I say smoothly.
"Sure thang." She smiles flirtatiously.
Even though I know its a false flirt, I still hated it. I enjoy the more innocent flirts, the ones that blush a bright crimson red. I do so love those ones.
I give a nod of thanks to the busty blue haired girl as she places my whiskey down in front of me. I sip the liquor leisurely, thinking of what I could do while I'm here. I sit my drink down just as a body slips in beside me. I turn and see a sweet smile that is coming off of a brown eyed boy. His shaggy brown hair curling slightly in a boyish manner. He had a small body that would fit perfectly against mine for a night.
"Hi." He says shyly. He was absolutely perfect, he even had a light blush that dusted his plump cheeks.
The thing was, he was perfect. For me
"Hello incubus. I do hope you realize that your tricks do not work. Though you are a very attractive version of yourself." I say coldly.
"A demon or God?" He asks, his real baritone voice coming out now."
"God. I am Eros." I smirk as I say this. All demons of the seductive degree wish to crawl into my bed. Though I hate a slut. Even though I am one.
