It's been years since I last listened to your music. All my merchandise and albums have been stashed away in the attic. There was no longer a trace of you on my phone. Not even pictures, music or fanfics.
I have my own family now. I have two children— a fifteen year old girl and an eighteen year old boy. I have a good relationship with my husband— who obviously isn't you. Who knew that I would fall in love with someone who wasn't you.
Now that I think about it, I actually don't feel empty inside anymore after you had gotten married to this girl named Ran Tae. What a lovely girl she is. I can see why you chose her.
I just wanted to say that I finally found happiness that didn't have your name all over it. I think I have finally awakened. I think I have finally entered reality.
It was great knowing you. It was great being in your generation. It was great to walk alongside you even if we were apart. I did meet you at concerts but it was nothing much.
But that nothing much was worth it.
Thank you Taehyung for being in my life. I have finally moved on.
