Choo Choo...
Anyways... Right so first off, it's time to wish y'all a very happy 2016 from all of us here at Ooorah. May it be, y'know, pretty sweet and whatnot!
Now, MythPunk... Technically it's been around for ever 'cos as long as people have been telling stories there's been other people embellishing those same stories, grabbing them by the short and curlies and making them their own and that, when you get right down to the bones of it all, is what MythPunk is all about.
The more widely accepted version though, is what you're more likely to find on the pages of a Gaiman novel and, funnily enough, in the hallowed pages that follow this.
I mean, pick a myth or legend... There's enough of them to choose from (and let's be honest, any story we tell is a variation (sometimes a massively different variation) on another story that's been told, or something that (probably) really did happen way back when) like, I dunno'... Robin Hood and the Merry Men, that dude who made wings and flew too close to the Sun, Boudica... I mean, it's not quite an infinitely long list but it's pretty damn long!
But I digress... Read, enjoy, and be inspired, 'cos at the end of the day that's what we're all about.
This issue of Tevun-Krus might not be the biggest and baddest but you just wait 'til you reach the end, breathless and sweating from what is undoubtedly a mothertrooping adrenaline-fueled thrill ride through a multitude of myths and legends!
