10. I know you well, but this ain't a game.

--------Still Syns P.O.V----------

I made my way to the bus. I couldn't wait to get back to her. The spot on my cheek where she had kissed me at was still tingling. It made me feel amazing. I smiled to myself. I really should make a move on her soon...I'll ask her out on a real date. Yeah! But I'll have to explain to her the rest of the tour though...It's only 3 days...Could I wait that long? What if she likes someone else? Ugh, I need to stop it with these thoughts.

--------------------Makaylas P.O.V---------------------

I rushed off to find Tay or Brook, just someone so I could distract myself from what I had just done. Did I really just do that? Holy shit. Why?!?! Ugh, I'm so stupid. He probably doesn't even like me. And it was just a kiss on the CHEEK. Why am I freaking out so bad about this? Ugh, I'm stupid. 

Me being lost too deep in thought again didn't realize I had just ran into Vic. 

"Oh, sorry Vic!" I explaimed. At least this time I didn't fall on my ass.

He shook his head and chuckled. "It's okay. Lost in thought?" I nodded a little ashamed.

He made a small laugh. "It's okay. Be more careful though." And he walked back to where ever he was going in the first place.

I finally found Tay and Brook both side stage for Disturbed. I smiled. I loved this band, but no where near as much as A7X. I tapped Tay on the shoulder since Brook looked like she was way too into the music to be bothered. She cocked her head at me with a confused expression.

"What?" She asked me over the music. I lead her to the backroom so she could hear me better.

"Yes?" She looked at my empy minded.

"I need to you tell you something." I said, I was going to tell her what happened with Syn. I tried hard not to blush.

"Is this about you and mr. loverboy gates?" She cocked her eye brows at me and laughed.

"It is isn't it?!?!" She exclaimed. 

I nodded. I couldn't hide my embarassment nor my excitment.

"Spill!" She demanded. So I told her, the entire time I had a huge stupid grin on my face, I couldn't stop thinking about him. He's just soo....Ugh.

"And yeah.." I finished telling her. She looked at me with one of her stupid happy-ish creepy smiles. I couldn't tell what she was thinking. Ugh, I hate it when she does that.

"Dude, just wait til he comes back." She smirked at me. If I could wait, and when he does come back could I even face him after that. I don't even know. 

So, I did the thiing I really didn't want to do. I waited on the green room couch. 

I fumbled with my hands for a while, I wasn't looking anywhere in particular, I just didn't want to look up or at anyone. Before I knew it though, I felt a weight on the seat beside me. I knew I'd be super nervous if I looked up, but I had to. 

It was him. I sighed.

"Hey." I said barely audible. 

"Hi." He seemed excited but hesitant. 

"So what was this for?" He said as he put his finger up to his cheek gesturing to before. I shrugged. 

"Adrenaline?" I suggested. I don't even know why I was freaking out. For any other guy I'd just see it as cute, but this was different. Why?

"It's okay." He said. I felt relief flush over me. Thank god. 

"Anyway, how about me and you go to Denny's later?" He offered. I tried so hard to tell myself to not blush..but I did. I felt my cheeks turn hot.

"Sure." I smiled. He hugged me and said he'd text me later. I joined Tay and Brook over on the side stage to finish watching Disturbeds set. 

When all was done, we all chilled as everyone left the venue. Brook was nearly freaking out because she was having a conversation with one of her favorite bands. Tay was sitting on the couch cuddling with Oli and I was just having a small conversation with Zacky. 

Once all of the set up crew were finished, Syn was just jumping off the stage to meet me and take my to Denny's. I smiled. He didn't text me, but that was okay. 

I told Tay and Brook earlier and they nodded. I had to be home before 6 a.m. though. I sighed, they're like parents to me. 

"Ready?" He asked. I nodded. And we headed to his car.
