Chapter 1

The beginning of everything.

*the bell rings, and everyone goes to the cafeteria. Lela was on top of one of the table in cafeteria, announcing that she is having a birthday pool party*

Lela : Hey guys! You are all invited to my birthday party this Saturday at 3pm! Bring your bathing suits and beach balls because i'm having a pool party! The pool party is at 3pm-6pm! Then from 6pm-midnight we will PARTY!! Wooo!!*while passing the invitation with Cassie, Kendall and Bailey*

*suddenly Max come and see Lela*
Max: Hey Lela ,what's up?
Lela: Hey Max! I'm having a pool party, can you come?
Max: Sure!
Lela: Invite your friends too, i haven't actually meet them! *handing the invitation to Max*
Max: Okay, I'll be there with them.

*later that night. Max text Jack about the party*

Jack :Hey Bro, whats up? You called me 7 times, is there something important to talk about?
Max:Hey! well its not really important.. I'm bored, do you want to play truth or dare? You go first
Jack: Okay, i choose dare.
Max: So Lela is having a pool party this Saturday at her house, i dare you to come!
Jack: nahh... whats the use of partying and i have to study for finals.
Max: come on Jack, just once in your lifetime forget about getting A's. There will be a lot of girls.
Jack: nope, i still want my straight A's so i could go to Yale University.
Max: *sending a lot of chicken emojis*
Jack: Hey don't call me a chicken. I'm not a loser.
Max: Well, if you are not doing the dare, that means you're a loser.
Jack: okay, fine, I'll go. And don't call me a chicken!
Max: Great! I'll pick you up at 3.

*On Saturday at 3.30PM, Jack and his friends arrive at Lela's house*
Lela: Hey Max! You came! I thought you wouldn't come, and you bring your friends!
Max: yeah!
*Lela winks at Max, trying to give a sign*
Max: oh yeah, here are my friends, Shawn and Jack. *pointing Shawn and Jack*
Lela: nice to meet you! This is Cassie and Kendall and... where's bailey? *pointing to Cassie and Kendall* Well bailey is not here, maybe I'll introduce bailey later. Free to do anything, consider this as your own home!
Max, Shawn and Jack: Great!

*they looked around Lela's house, then suddenly...
Jack: ah I'm bored *with a grumpy voice*
Max: okay why don't we do a dare. Each of us should fine a new friend. But it has to be a girl, got it?
Jack and Shawn: yeah, whatever

*as they go on their separate ways, Jack is walking near the pool and suddenly he see a girl who is drowning. He go straight into the pool and rescue the girl.*
Jack: hey, are u alright?! if u can't swim, you weren't supposed to be in here.
Bailey: uhh the floor was slippy so i fell into the pool, but thank you for the rescue. *with a heavy, scared voice*

*Jack carried her up (bridal style), put her on one of the chair and got a towel to keep her warm. He puts on the towel on her and sit beside her*
Bailey: uhh, thanks.
Jack: nah, its no a big deal.
Bailey: but you are all wet, how do i make it up to you?
Jack: well you could hug me? *smiles* haha no.. just kidding. how about.. Just be my new friend?
Bailey: o, okay. And btw my name is Bailey ,Bailey Murphy.
Jack: I'm Jack, Jack Mason.
