The red magic ball hurled toward her. Scarlett knew she couldn't use her powers around the public so she let the ball hit her straight in the face. The last thing she saw was the mystery boy kneeling over her before she blacked out. "Owww!" Scarlett woke up to a stinging pain on her face. "Well your awake." The boy said. "What are you putting on my face?" She asked. "Some old wine I got from an old man. Don't worry about it." He replied. "Where am I? Where is Jamie?!" Scarlett tried to sit up but she got dizzy and fell back down. "Rest! You got hit pretty hard in the head. Jamie is ok. He's over there so just relax."' The boy answered. "Who are you?" Scarlett asked. "My name is Tyler. I never caught your name." So mystery guy's name is Tyler. Scarlett thought. "My name is Scarlett." "Fitting though now I'm gonna start calling you Scar." Tyler said. "Wait, why?" She asked yet again. "Here." Tyler handed her a piece of broken mirror. Scarlett had a huge scar running through her eyebrow and down to the bottom of her eye. Then she noticed something pecilular. She turned her head and she saw that her hair was now a blood red. Scar shrieked and dropped the shard. "Woah!" Tyler quickly caught it before it hit the ground. "Sorry." Scar said sheepishly. Jamie ran over to hug her. "Wow sis. You look awesome!" Jamie exclaimed. "Awww thanks little man." Scar said while messing up his hair. "Where do you live Tyler?" Jamie asked. "I live in the woods just a little bit farther back." He replied. "Actually come with me. I would like you to meet my family."
