Memphis, Tennessee
The sun woke me from my deep slumber. I immediately realized I wasn't alone in my bed. I looked over at the set of twins I was lucky enough to pick up last night at the club.
I didn't remember their names, not that I cared, but I needed them to get out before my pops came into my room.
Shaking the red headed twin, she woke up. "Ay, y'all gotta bounce."
She scoffed and laid back down as if I were joking. "Na shawty, I'm foreal. Y'all gotta go. Either y'all go willingly, or I'll have to drag you out. I have no problem with either one of those."
"Boy shutup and go back to sleep." She said with a slight attitude.
I chuckled throwing the covers off my naked body. I put some boxers on and went to do as I tried to warn them about.
I took the blue haired one by her hair and kicked her in her bare ass. When the red haired one saw what I had done, she quickly grabbed their belongings and left out of the room with not a word.
I shook my head at her trying me. I try to give hoes the benefit of the doubt but when you try me, I have no choice but to prove to you I mean business.
My father texted my phone letting me know I needed to come by the restaurant right now. It seemed urgent. I quickly showered and got into my Range Rover heading to my father's restaurant.
I walked in and was quickly greeted by one of our younger employees. She carried herself, needless to say, in a very eccentric way.
"Hey Cheyenne." I greeted her. Her hair was red and in a natural curly state. She was lightskinned, and her teeth were pearly white. She was cute, but not my type.
"Hi." She said lowly. Very rarely did she make eye contact with me, or anyone for that matter.
She was pretty, but she didn't overly flaunt it. That's something that I often find very beautiful when a girl was a little high sadity. I mean, if you know you the shit, why not carry yourself that way? But to each his own.
"How long he got you working today?" I asked pushing my thoughts to the side. She sighed, "Until 11 tonight. And I don't even have anyone to watch Aiden and Destiny"
For her to be 19, she had a lot of responsibilities I couldn't imagine having being that we are the same age. With her mother dead and her father rarely home, she was left to fend for her and her siblings. I honestly commend her for stepping up to the plate. She handles it very well.
"If you want, I'll look after them." I offered and for the first time during the conversation she made eye contact with me. I looked into her beautiful brown eyes wondering why she didn't look anyone in the eyes.
I don't know why she always was so surprised when I'd offer to watch them. Cheyenne had been working at the restaraunt since she was 16. Over the years we'd formed a nice friendship. Me watching the kids had become a reoccurring thing, but I truly didn't mind.
"Really?" She looked happy. "Yeah, I don't mind. You know them my lil niggas." I shrugged. "Thank you so much! I'll pay yo-" She tried to offer. Everytime I watched them, she would offer. She had enough on her plate. I have enough money, so I politely declined as I always do.
