Tyler Joseph had never quite felt "normal". He could never wear the right clothes or say the right things, even when he was in grade school. Tyler never had many friends and often was picked on by the other kids. That didn't bother him, not until high school.
In High school things were different. Kids were meaner; crueler. They were no longer being watched by teachers 24/7 or forced to befriend everyone in their class. School became hard for Tyler; he lost the few friends he used to have and began to withdraw himself even more than he already had been. His grades were falling, he was skipping school more and more. His family never seemed to notice though. They were too caught up in their own lives and problems. So nobody saw as their sweet little boy was slowly crumbling away.
