"Okay, okay, you win!" I squealed as Kylo Ren pinned my arms down, moving so he was straddling me.  He smirked down at my wriggling body before releasing me and standing. Too lazy to follow his lead, I remained on the ground.

He sighed, rolling his eyes. He grasped my slender hand and hauled me up with ease. "C'mon, Princess. We have work to do," he grumbled playfully. He held his arm out and a moment later his mask banged into his outstretched fingers. He opened it up and placed it on his head. He then proceeded to click it into place.

I examined him up and down, the first thought to my mind being; damn, you are seriously fucking hot.

What the hell is wrong with me?

I shook my head before following him. We began with a treadmill and then moved on to some of the newer equipment.

After about seven hours of training, I was too exhausted to move. Everything hurt, and everything was sore. Glancing at the clock I noticed it was after five.

"Sky? Are you okay? You look like you're about to faint," Ky commented, crouching down to meet my eyes. He tilted his head, making me wish he would take off his mask. "Come along, we should grab something to eat. You'll starve if you don't," though his tone was joking, I was surprised before realizing he didn't know.

"No, you can go get something. I'm only allowed to eat on Fridays. It's Thursday, right? Or did I miss a day or two?" I replied, unmoving. I could feel the familiar pit clawing at my insides, begging me to feed it before I did anything else. I knew I wouldn't last another day of training like today, but I'm not stupid enough to complain. I had learned my lesson years ago.

"You'll eat as much as you want," he sounded angry, or perhaps concerned. "We have too much food here as it is. Besides, you need fuel for your training." I could tell he was choosing his words carefully, though I wasn't sure why.

I gave him a strange look before standing. I doubled over, weak from lack of nutrition. I fell back to the ground, landing hard on my knees. "Shit," I murmured.

Ky wrapped his arms around my stomach. "See? I told you. Now come on, it's not very far," he whispered as he assisted me in the act of standing.

I staggered to my feet, allowing him to lead me forward. He took most of my weight throughout the rather short walk. By the time we had arrived, he was carrying me and my eyes were drooping shut.

"Stay awake," his deep voice sent shivers down my spine as he gently placed me on a chair and turned away. "I'll only me a moment."

A few minutes later, he returned with a tray of food. I lifted the first thing I saw, bringing a bright red triangle-shaped thing to my lips. I nibbled on it as my eyes widened.

Holy mother of fuck, this is the best thing I have ever tasted!

One we had eaten, Ky lead my back to his room. I felt much better, though I was still sore.

As we entered the room, he removed his mask. I sat on the bed, ready to fall asleep.

"What do you think you're doing?" He asked, his face contorted into a confused expression. He had done all the same work I had done, just to prove he could. Why wasn't he ready to collapse next to me?

"I'm going to sleep...?" I half-asked, my vision becoming blurry.

"Already? But it's 5:30!" He cried, oblivious to my exhaustion.

I groaned, standing in front of him. I glowered at his tall form before saying, "if we're not sleeping, what the hell are we supposed to do?"

"We are getting you, and me, in a bad mood."

"Why?"

"So that it well be easier to do in the morning."

"So what will be easier?"

"Your training."

"But...this makes no sense!"

"It's easier to let the dark side in if you can feel the force when you get angry."

"Is the dark side that much more powerful than the light?"

"Of course. Come with me, I'll show you." Ky put on his mask and led me out the door. We went to a room with thousands of Storm Troopers and their fancy technology that I had never seen before.

We stepped up to the front of the ship, to a Trooper wearing all silver.

"What news do you have for me." He managed to make it sound like a command, not a question. I glanced down, noticing the power dripping from his voice.

I heard the Trooper gulp. So did Ky. "Requesting permission to speak, Kylo Ren, sir." The Trooper replied.

"Permission granted." Ky stepped in front of the Trooper, so that he was looking out into space. My eyes widened at the beautiful view, momentarily distracting me from the pain.

"The rebels have given me this message to pass to you, sir. 'Kylo Ren. This is Senator Leia of the rebels. We request that you give us back the girl. If you give us Skylar, you can have Rey. A girl for a girl.' That is all, sir." The Trooper spoke.

I felt the rage build up inside of me.

They want to take me. They want to trade me for a nobody. They're gonna kill me. They're gonna kill me. They're gonna kill me. They're gonna kill me. THEY'RE GONNA KILL ME THEY'RE GONNA KILL ME THEY'RE GONNA KILL ME

I let it all out. All my fear, rage. All my power. As Ky drew his saber and started smashing things, I couldn't hold it back any longer. I felt it come from me. Pulse, after pulse, after pulse. After each pulse, I could see more and more Troopers being knocked back, further and further.

Until I felt nothing. I opened my eyes, and I saw that Ky was finished too. He looked at me. "It feels nice, doesn't it," he stated.

I nodded anyway, not wanting to seem rude. His deep voice cut through the thickening ice of my heart. Melting it all away. All the pain. All the sorrow. All of it.

I could feel it...all of what I had done...destroyed the room...that was me. Nobody else but me. And at that moment, I could feel the force.

I could feel it in all of it's dark glory.

WOW I AM READING THIS AND MY YOUNGER SELF WAS SO CHEESY. I AM SO SORRY. I TRIED TO FIX IT. BUT I COULDN'T. UGH.

In other words, this chapter sucked. But kinda didn't. I really wanna focus more on Sky's emotional state, though I'm not sure if it's what you all want...what do you think? Is it a yes or a no?

The end of the chapter was the worst. Sorry about that...
