"I don't understand why your so foolish. Wake up and comeback to reality."
But I'm a dreamer...
"Stop thinking what you want will just pop up into your hands."
Should I stop dreaming?
"Get a grip."
I can't help being who I am.
"People like you have no purpose living, why waste your time dreaming, when you can just die and go into heaven with God. Dream there."
I love to dream, I love to think, of what I can be and see it flow into my mind. It excites me to dream and leave reality. Dreaming is a gift. It's a place, to escape. That place, is my place.
I can be free and understand myself even better there. I could go deeper to expressing my thoughts, as it comes to life, right before my eyes.
"Get your head out the clouds kid, and just stop dreaming."
I live to dream.
Reality pains me. It sickens me. I've had to suffer through hearbreak by so called "love" and tough times. I want to runaway and never look back.
Why waste my time in a place where I'm not accepted.
When I can just find my own place here.
I know I can change how reality is. But dreaming helps me change it. I'll be happier and people won't know why. Because my dreams keep me alive.
"But I can't stop dreaming! It's who I am."
"Then find an outlet! A creative outlet to express your dreams."
"What is that?"
Silence filled the room. He beckoned me. So I came.
"You see this notebook..." He pointed to it.
"Yeah, what about it? It's just a notebook." I said.
"No. No, it's not just a notebook." He paused. "It's not, just a notebook..." he repeated.
I felt confused. I wondered. What is he trying to say?
"Write." the tension that filled the room, disaperred. It felt more peaceful, and calmer.
"But write, I can't write..." I said.
"Write your dreams, and turn them into reality. Write your purpose, and feel connected. Use your dreams, to find happiness."
Curiosity entered my mind when he told me about what I can do with writing, and how I can use my dreams to write while finding happiness. Maybe I should write. I want to write, and turn my dreams, into reality.
