So if your a self harmer you'll draw a star {*} on the side of your hand or wrist. If your depressed you draw a diamond{<>}. If you struggle with anxiety you'll draw an x {X}. If your bipolar you'll draw a circle with one side shaded{( |||)}. If your dealing with any eating disorder you'll draw a circle with a curved line separating top and bottom from there you shade in the bottom {(~~)}. If you have suicidal thoughts draw a sun {<^>} Finally if your supporting the cause you draw a peace sign {(/|\)}
