My Sorrowful Fate

Chapter 1:

"But mom!..."

"No but's honey,you need to attend the ball.Go get dressed and I'll help you with your hair and make-up"

Arrg I internally groan.When my mom's made a decision,she's determined to make it happen.

The truth is I'm excited to go.The ball is an event which unmated werewolves attend to find their mates.At the age of sixteen,you are allowed to attend.Which I attend last year,and I've been disappointed that I haven't find him.But now,I'm attending again and I don't want to keep my hopes up.But how I wish he was there.

Mates are the best thing on werewolves lives.It's wonderful to have someone care and love you like your the center of the world.My parents are the best examples.I adored how they lovingly looked at each other the whole time.Not to mention they can't keep their hands off each other.

The thought made me blush.You see they had me when my mom was 18,and dad's 22.
Werewolves are sexually attracted to each other,especially if your mates.So no wonder they had me in a young age.Age doesn't really matter on werewolves .It's normal,because when males shifted at 16 they are able to find their mates,while females shifted at age 18.

"Hey honey,stop thinking!Are you going to the bathroom voluntary or I need to drag you out of the bed myself?Oh you know how I'm loyal to my words Evangeline"

Oh..oh mom's using my full name instead of Eve.That means her temper is shortening.

"Okay,I'll get up now" I rush out of the bed and went straight to the bathroom.Now I'm fully awake.

If incase however I'll find him tonight I will love and cherish him forever.The thought brought a smile on my face.I saved myself for my mate.Because really,I am made for him,so why give myself to others?

I quickly stripped and step in to the shower.I want to be beautiful on my mate's eye tonight.

Once I stepped out of the bathroom,the first thing I noticed is the beautiful black dress lying on my bed.It's beautiful,it's glimmering and shining.The second thing I noticed is my mom sitting on the other side of the bed smiling lovingly at me.

"Uhmm...mom what's wrong"?
She's wearing this adoring and sadness look.She shakes her head no and smiled heartily.A tear escaped her eye.

"Mom?"
"Honey I'm okay,It's just that if you however finds him tonight,I'm sure he'll drag you back to his pack.In which our baby girl we'll left us and maybe you'll nev--"

I immediately cut her and made my way towards her.I sat on beside her and hold her hands.

"Mom,don't you worry.If I'll however meet him tonight I won't leave without saying goodbye.And don't you ever forget that I love both you and dad.And I can't just run off and leave.I will remember to say goodbye and remember I will visit as often as I could.And it's not like I really is going to find him tonight"
I hugged mom tightly.This really looks like a goodbye.What I won't find him tonight?That would be awkward.

My mom breaks the hug and wipe her tears away.And then she laugh,now that's my mom.You know my mom's a happy gigly woman that which me and my father adored.Speaking of my father,he's still at work.Protecting the pack borders.My dad's is warrior,and my packs name is 'The black Crescent'.

My parents meet when the alpha's 2 year old son Joshua Smith had drink a poison potion and the Alpha's been disperate to save his son so he asked help from white witches.Which my mom is.My father is one of the guards who accompany the Alpha.

It's quite funny to imagine.Because my mom told me their story.How mom can't concentrate because dad is looking at her lustfully.She told me that she receives a great scoldness from her elders.How can she concentrate if dad's looking at her like his stripping her bare?It's quite funny cause mom showed me her dress when she's still a witch,and no eonder why my dad looked at her like that.Some parts of it are revealing.

And...ermmm...after the ritual and the Alpha's son is treated,my mom and dad mate at the back of the cottage.It's quite disturbing...?

Anyways back to the present.My mom's doing my hair and she's driying it.We always have this sisters-like bond with my mom.Because I've got my looks from her,excepts for my eyes and my nose which I inherit from my father.We always shop and have this girls day out with my bestfriend Kayla,the Alpha's daughter.

"Honey,are you listening?"
Oh I got a bit zoned out.

"Sorry mom,what were you saying?"

I looked at my mom on the mirror's reflection and she rolled her eyes and smile playfully.

"Anyways,remember how will you know if he's your mate or not.Firstly you'll smell a wonderful scent which is you can't help but keep inhaling like it's a drug to you."

I look at my mom and she's smiling while telling me all this.I can't help but smile too.I can tell she's remembering they're moments on the past.Maybe your wonderin how can she tell this,she's not even a shewolf.Well let's just say she have her ways to know.

"And when you look into his eyes,you can finally confirm that he is your mate,and remember the mating process?First he'll mark you and then you'll mat---"

"Mom I already know that" ok I think I need to cut her there.I can't help to blush where this conversation going.I think I memorized all of it already.

"But remember honey,it's your choice.Just don't doubt on your decision and be sure what you really want okay?"

"Yeah mom,I will" I smiled at her.I'm really lucky that I haved them as parents.

The dress is so pretty.It's a strapless black floor length dress which is covered by shining sparkless all around.It hugs my body perfectly and I can't help but to admire that it does look good on me.With my hair tied up like a ball above my head(sorry I don't know what it's name).

I hope I'll meet him tonight.
My parents drove me to the ball.It is quite far because it is held on an open ground where it can occupy thousands of wolves.The other's are from across the land and flied all the way here to find their mates.And I'm lucky we're living not so far from the area.

My bestfriend Kayla already found her mate.And it's actually her bully, the neighboring pack Alpha's son Luke Drews.
They're story is so wonderful.

(I'm planning on making a story of Kayla and Luke :) )

Anyways,were actually near on the ball's location I can't help but feel excited.
