All I can see is her beautiful face. We were laying down in bed staring into each other's eyes. The sunrise shining though the cracks in the curtains, lighting up her face. I can see her lips move but I can't hear her words. Suddenly I am thrust back into reality. I look around and see an orange haze in the distance and flames rolling over my head in waves. A few seconds later I can hear the air horns of the trucks.
" Command to interior, get your asses out of there. The building is about collapse!" I look around to find my partner only to see he has already left me behind to leave the burning house. I grab the hose and run towards the light of the front door as the light from outside begins to fade away through the thick smoke.
