---Y/N's POV---

I stayed trapped in my cellar. I found that that girl's name was Sasha. Sasha had told me that they were going to preform the ritual to turn me into a Shadow Knight. But I don't want to. I HATE Shadow Knights! I never trust them! Not even if they're nice I still hate them! I once had an encounter with Shadow Knights and...it didn't go well. So I just sit miserably on my bed just waiting for the time to come. Sasha finally lets me out of my cell because...well I don't know. Then I make a run for it. I run all the way back to the portal to escape. I'm just inches away!

"Stop right there!" I herd Sasha say. I stop and turn around slowly. I see Sasha and a group of guards with her. I hesitate.

"Please, please let me leave this place! I'm desperate! I don't want to become a Shadow Knight! I know that they're bad and I don't want to be like them!" I said. Sasha grinned.

"Heh, you really think that we're gonna let you go just like that? No! Now get back to your cellar or things will get ugly!" She said.

"I-I— No! I will never come with you! I don't care if I get hurt but I'll fight you!" I said.

"Heh heh heh, we won't let that happen. Guards, get her! And bring her back to the fortress!" Sasha demanded. Two guards grabbed onto my arms from behind. I tried to shake them off but I couldn't. I stare at the red hot ground as they took me back. As we were just about to walk down the small staircase I herd a noise as if someone had entered the Nether. Everyone turned to see who it was. It was Laurance. What's he doing here? Why?

"Y/N! Unhand her now!" He demanded. Sasha beemed.

"Ah, if it isn't Laurance? It's been some time sense we last—" Sasha began. Laurance cut her off.

"I said, unhand her. Now. Or you'll regret ever disobeying me." He said.

"Hahaha! Wow, I seriously doubt that! Laurance, I don't Imagine you  to 'kill' any of us. You're too...nice! So it should be easy to defeat you." Said Sahsa. Laurance approached us. Two guards walked up to him and swung their sword at him. Laurance defended himself with his sword. I gasped. Soon all of the five guards attacked him. Laurance fought against them pretty well. I was now unhanded. Wow, those guards are stupid. Sasha tried to get me but I ran from her. I soon stood next to. The portal. Laurance then called to me.

"Y/N! Go! Leave now! I'll hold them back!" He said.

"Laurance no! What about you!?" I asked.

"Don't worry! I'll see you again. But please, save yourself and go!" He said. I hesitated and left the Nether with Sasha just missing me. I was lucky that she didn't follow me out. I exited the Nether and found myself in the overworld. But standing by the portal, was W/N!

"Wait, W/N! Is that really you!?" I asked. She nudged me.

"Yes, it's me Y/n! But wait...where is Laurence?" She asked.

"Laurence told me to run. But he should be able to escape, right?" I asked. I looked at the portal again. But the partials turned red and there was a white flash. I squinted my eyes. And when the light went away, the portal was shut.
