~•???'s POV•~

Today was the day. Well, I wasn't waiting for very long. Irene had sent me down from the heavens to protect innocent people in Ru'aun from Shadow Knights, demons, and other bad people. But this is all new to me. How was I gonna help people? I've already died so I'm not sure how I was chosen. Irene said that I could become a guardian angel for anyone. So I decide to help a man named Garroth Ro'Meave. He's Zane's older brother. But...I'm guessing that he's good. Hopefully. I wonder what he's like though. And...I can't seem to find him. I know where he is but...I can't seem to— aha! I see him!

He's outside of a portal in the middle of the forest! But he's knocked out. Or is he? Maybe I can help. Irene mentioned that I was a descendant of her! Maybe I really did have her power! I fly down from the sky and retract my wings so no one can know my secret. Well, It's kinda easy to figure it out though. Anyway, enough about my wings, maybe I can heal Garroth. I kneel down beside him and reach my hand out to attempt to heal him. But I hesitate.

What does he look like?

I blush from the thought. I push his body over so I can see his face. He's...handsome. Gah! What am I thinking? I can't be in love with a guy I don't even know! But...his sandy-blond hair...wait, what does his eyes look like? Ugh, enough about that! I put my hand on his chest to...try to heal him? Irene said that I had the power in me. I close my eyes and focus. Then I open my eyes and see my hands glowing. I quickly stand up and take a step back.

"Whoa, what the—" I began.

I herd groaning coming from him. Then he opens his eyes and tried to stand.

"Ugh, what happened?" He asked himself.

"Uh, hi! Umm...I'm not sure what happened." I said awkwardly.

His eyes...they're blue....ice blue...

"Hang on, who are you?" He asked me.

"My name is Lindsey! And I uhh...maybe I shouldn't tell you exactly who I am." I say.

"Well, my name is Garroth. But...where am I? Wait, this is the Irene portal! But I don't recognize this part of the forest. These trees...their huge!" He said.

"Oh yeah! Irene said that you've been in that dimension for 15 years! Okay, I do know what happened! Sort of." I said.

"15 years...where's Aphmau!? And Phoenix Drop!? Wait, did you just say Irene? " He asked. I hesitated.

"U-Uh, yes. You see...it would be difficult to explain to you right off the bat but...yeah, I guess I can tell you." I said sadly. Then I explained everything. (You'll get to know later...if you don't know)

"I-I'm sorry. I'll try to believe you. But, do you know where Phoenix Drop could be? It's my old village. I want to see it! And maybe I can see Aphmau again!" He said.

Aphmau...?

"Sure! Um...lets see...aha! Phoenix Drop is this way." I said.

"Great! Lead the way." He said. Then he followed me off into the forest.
