Dictonary defintion: a person attached to another by feelings of affection or personal regard.

I honestly dont think thats true. Sometimes you have "friends" just cause you wanna brag about them. Sometimes they are fake friends. Ones who dont really care about you or your feelings. They dont show u any affection at all. They are cold. Cold hearted friends. I have some. You have some. Everybody does. Sometimes u know if they are real or fake. Sometimes you dont. Thats why u cant call someone your "friend" unless you know who they are. Cause when u are rich and famous yeah they will be your friend but when u are depressed and poor see who is going to be your friend then. People like people who have something they like. Say i saw someone with a Guicci purse i would want to become their friend cause they had good sense of style. When really inside they could be fake, a backstabber, rude, cruel, and cold hearted. Thats why some people have a tough time trusting certain people. The reason is because some people can tell when a person is fake.
