Knowing what's going on

The day after

Demi's P.O.V

It was dark. Everything was black. I didn't knoe was happening. I tried opening my eyes but was immidiatly blinded by the bright light. I closed my eyes before they would hurt even more. This time I sloely opened them and saw that I was in a hospitalroom.

All the memories came flooding back and the last one being the feeling of that sharp pain that went rheough my arm.

I pressed a red button so that the nuree would come and know that I am awake. The nurse soon came in. "Good morning Ms Lovato, how are you feeling today ?"
"WHAT?!MORNING?!!? WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME?!!" I yelled.
"Calm down Ms Lovato, we had to give you something to calm you down and you just happend to fall asleep because of how tired you are." Said the nurse calmly.

Well where's Livia? Can I see her? How is she?"
"First things first I'm sorry to day this but due to a largr amount of bloodloss, some head damage, Livia is in a coma but she should wake up by sunday. She is in the room next to you and yes you may go see her" she said in a monotone .

Waterfalls started flooding out of my eyes. Livia would wake up in about 3 days. That seems so long. I don't even know why I feel this wat. I mean I have only know her for like a week or so or maybe even less but there really is something special about her. I don't know it is but I'll stick around to find out.

"DEMI!!"Max yelled in my ear.
"What the hell, what was that for?!"
"You were zoned out and I was calling your name for five minutes."
"Oh I'm sorry I just heard the news about Livia and I don't know."
While being in my own world I didn't even realize that the nurse was gone.

"Demi if you'd like to go see Livia I can lead you the way."
"Max it's next door, I'm not a child, I'm not going to get lost."
"Okay okay fine go but I'll be standing outside the room incase you might need anything."

I carefully got out of bed and put my shoes back on. I walked out of the room and went to Livia's. The door was already open and I could see her pale looking body laying on that bed. As I got closer my vision started to get blury again because of the tears. I let them go. I silently cried as I took a hold of Livia's hand. It was so cold.

I brought her hand to my lios and kissed it. I don't know if she can hear me but I'm still going to talk to her. "Hey Livia."
"I know that things have been hard for you, even if it happened so fast."
" The sight of your body in that room made me go nuts on that man."
"He didn't have the right to touch you, to do what he did."
"You may not feel the pain right now even though it will be really bad when you wake up, I'll be here by your side untill you wake up."
"When you open thise beautiful eyes of yours, I'll be next to you, I promise babygirl."
"Stay strong and fight throught this, I know you can do this, and that bastard is going to get what he deserves."

I made my way out of the room and asked Max if I could go home. He said that I would have to sign some papers first and then could go. He went to get them while I was standing by the door still looking at Livia. I just wish that she would wake up already.

"Here you go Demi," Max said while handing me the papers. I signed them and handed them to Max.
"I'll go hand them to the nurse by the desk you can come with me."
Max and me started walking to the desk. He handed the papers to the nurse and came back to my side. We walked through the exit and went to the parking lot.

"Max can you drive me to the hotel ? I sorta forgot my car there," I nervously asked. "Don't be so silly Demi, ofcourse I'll drive you, I'm paid to do that" Max said in a strong Australian accent while laughing at me. " No need to laugh at me, I'm tired just drive already."
We both got in the car and the drive to the hotel begun.

30 minutes and 75 cars later we came to a stop. I said bye to Max and thanked him for driving.

I got out of the car and walked to the elevator as fast as I could. Luckily it came as soon as I pushed the button. I pressed the button with 8 on it. Because that was where I stayed. The elevator came to a stop and I walked through the same hall as yesterday. I didn't want to think about it because I just wanted to sleep.

I opened the door to my room, took my shoes off and put some comfy clothes on after taking the others off. I'm going to shower when I wake up because I'm really tired.

There wasnt's much happening today but little did I know that tomorrow would be more different than I thought. With that being the last thing on my mind, I closed my eyes and fell into a not so good sleep.
