Sky POV
I walked into the small conference room where we were having our weekly meeting. I heard we were saying goodbye to some of our beloved Newsies and getting some new ones. I wondered who was leaving us this time. Our manager stood up and started talking and soon it was time to find out.
"We will sadly be saying goodbye to Morgan and taking her place will be Kaitlyn and we will have a new girl named Mia Brewer coming in as the new Sniper and Katherine understudy." My mind was racing now. A new girl joining the cast? I wondered what she would look like. Was she cute? I imagined so since she would have to be on stage....I'm gunna need to get to her before Josh or Ben does! I waked up to my manager
"hey, uhm I can show Mia around when she gets here. Make sure she meets everyone and figures everything out" I said nervously.
"Alright...sounds good Sky. She gets here tomorrow and she'll watch the matinee and then come back stage after that."
Why was I so nervous for this? She's just a girl and she probably won't like me anyways, they all swoon for Josh and Ben and don't look twice at me. Anyways, I guess we'll find out tomorrow won't we?
