I'm scared of the day that will come... When you say your "I love you" to someone else.
I know it will come, and I will let you go.
"I'm so happy you found someone!" I will say with a smile.
You will probably also smile and blush and say thanks, probably knowing I'm hurting but not wanting to make things worse.
I will watch as you post your pictures with her and tag her in events and fun posts.
There will come a time when I too, will turn away from my screen.
I will watch as you forget about me.
And eventually, I will forget about you too.
But only because I love you, I will let you go.
