"Ughhh..." Opening my eyes I was greeted by a horrible headache. Perfect way to wake up, huh? Blinking a couple of times the memories from last night flooded my head, my eyes growing wide and my breath speeding up as I rapidly look around. Where am I? What's going on? Did I die? Did I--Who did--How-- "Calm down there, Galaxy." Electric blue eyes met with heterochromatic. Her flowing purple hair slightly tangled and tied in a ponytail while she worked on cleaning the katana. A skull pin holding her bangs behind. She was wearing what seemed as a black shirt and shorts exploiting her long slender and slightly toned legs, which was also showing the bruisies on them that seemed quite fresh. She saw me have emotions you must not feel I'm not worthy of feelings feel again and I will personally punish you his words keep ringing in my head you're barely worthy of any type of attention. My eyes narrowed slightly making them seem emotionless and dull, the way they're supposed to be. I don't know if I should say something. I haven't seen another person in a while and she doesn't seem to have a will to kill me. She's all bruised up, maybe because she rescued me. The rescue..."Thank you." My voice seems a bit quiet, I wonder why. Oh, she's about to talk again. I'm not used to socializing... "For telling you to calm down? Alrighty then, you must be a weird one." She thinks I'm thanking her because of her telling me to calm down. How do I fix this? What sentence should I say? Hmm..."it's for the rescue, the 'thank you' that is." Reading books helps a lot. I can just copy the anwsers I read in them. "Who are you? Where am I? How did I get here and why did you help me?" I just asked all of the questions on my mind. Why? I must have freaked her out. She's smiling. Why is she smiling? Ah, she's about to talk again. "My name is Alice. You're in a cave I guess? Not really sure myself. I dragged you here, and might I add you're pretty light. Oh, and the help? Yeah, that's a story we'll save for another time." Alice... I'll remember that. "It'd be nice if you told me your name. Seriously want me to call you 'Galaxy' till the end of time?" Ah yes, she did call me that earlier." Kristina. With a 'K'. Call me Kris. I never really go by my full name." Or any name at all..."Okay, Kris. Come with me." She stood up looking at me with expectant eyes. It's a trap. "I don't trust you." Guess blurting out my thoughts became a habbit after being alone for so long. "Huh? Why? I just rescued you for Satans sake!" She thinks I'm stupid, but what if she really wants to help me? You're unworthy of it. Ah, yes, that's right. She only wishes to kill me, like everyone else in the entire underworld. "You wanted my death and outside is a crowd waiting to see it, no?" Her face collided with her palm. Is this what a face palm looks like? I guess so. "Kill you?! I went through all that trouble to find you so that I could murder you? Not a chance! The only reason I did this is because I have to! Wondering why? Well, because I want--- OH SHUT UP AXEL I DON'T EVEN CARE ANYMORE!" She continued rambling on... I guess I stopped listening... she seems quite crazy. Does she have an imaginary friend namr Axel? I see no one else in the room. Ah, I'm stuck with a lunatic.
As I neared the exit I noticed no one was outside. She wasn't lying. But a lunatic is a lunatic. My mind started wandering... the bruises on here were fresh. I'm still alive and a crowd isn't waiting for my execution. Unable to tell me why I was rescued... As close to victory I was a pebble had to get in my way and a katana launched in front of me almost cracking my skull open. "Ahh, almost killing the person you saved? Pretty risky for someone who got so many bruises from it, oh and who ordered you to save me? I haven't been here long enough to know all of the, how do you call them, gangs?" Her eyes widened slightly before returning to normal. I was right, but what does her supervisor want from me? "I wasn't hired by a gang. It was on my own accord, but we need your help." Help them? I can't even help myself. Wait.."What do you mean by we?" Her eyes shot to the ground and her left arm grabbed the right. She was nervous... about what? "My brother and I... we have been... merged into one body." Ducking under the katana I continued heading outside."Wonderful story, must be true, but you have the wrong person, have fun luna--Alice!" It all went so slow. She grabbed a dagger slashing it, the sound of a cut on skin, I could hear it, a rippling sound lasting longer than it should have ringing in my head. She cut her own skin as a weird purple lighting illuminated the dark cave, my eyes unable to adjust. As it toned down a beautiful teen stood in front of me, his eyes a piercing red with matching red hair. A plain red t-shirt and ripped jeans. Slightly scrawny with barely any muscles. "Axel is the name, mind reading is the game."
