The Graywolf's general as seen here is a type of general that fights for his way. He doesn't try to talk things down he fights till the death. His brutal leading strategy kills the weak portion of his men of he calls it sorting the weak from the strong others call it madness. If you are a man living in one of the Septim cities they can force you to be in the army which is why they out number the Graywolf's by a lot but the Graywolf's are fighting for something they believe in.
