Ashley was standing next to the car keeping her distance from the tiger while it finished off the meat. I VERY VERY CAREFULLY draped the blanket over the tiger but let her face stick out. Luckily she didn't care. I stood about 50 feet away and could only see the twinkle in her eyes. "Perfect" I said, "she needs a name though. Ashley stood back with me and stared into the tigers eyes..."we'll think of something" she replied. We tied the rope to the back of the car and put some meat in the back. We drove forward slowly and the tiger followed the meat. We did this all the way to my house and no one seemed to notice the tiger tied to the trunk of our car thanks to the black blanket in the dark of the night. I carefully got out of the car and lured the tiger to the back yard. I gave the whole bag of meat to the tiger. While she devoured it Ashley helped me put up a barrier around the tiger so no one could see her and she couldn't get out. We tried our best to make it hard to hear the tiger but it was hard to do. When we were finished we took one more look at the tiger. The tiger didn't charge at us. She didn't growl. She just stared. And we stared right back. How did this happen? Two average 16 year old girls just kidnapped a tiger and built it a fort in their backyard in one night without getting caught. The tiger stared into Ashley's eye. It looked as though they were communicating with each other. Like they were both hypnotized my each other. Ashley's long blonde hair with beachy waves glistened and flew with the wind and the tigers eyes twinkled again. It was a beautiful sight. Ashley and this tiger were like connected. The tigers eyes twinkled again. "Lynn?" Ashley said.
"What?"
"Twinkles"
"What?!?!"
"Let's name her Twinkles"
"Oh... Well..."
"Goodnight twinkles" Ashley smiled at the tiger "goodnight twinkles" I said. We walked into my house and went up to my room. We didn't sleep though. We stayed up all night staring out at the backyard, watching twinkles.
