Lauren's Point of View

How many times have I got to slap the snooze button on the alarm until it decides to shut up? I dread getting ready for school, I mean who doesn't? Of course, my alarm is not the only one that wakes me up. Emma however called me a lot of times, ten times precisely but I was still in a deep sleep.

What do I do other than call her back?

"Emma, I'm so sorry I was sleeping when you called. Besides, who calls so early?!" I joked, hoping that she wouldn't go off on me because she can be such a mum sometimes.

"Wow you've been sleeping for quite LONG isn't it? Wow wake your ass up! I'm coming over to your dorm." Emma emphasized the word.

"Alright, see ya!" I hung up the phone.

I literally jumped out of bed getting myself ready. For your information, or that maybe you are interested in Emma, she is known for being fast.

Keys... checked.

Phone... checked.

Notes... checked.

Emma being fast, she arrived on the dot.

"Laur! Where are you going?" She asked, raising her eyebrows.

"School duh!" I replied, feeling confused.

She tapped on her phone and showed me her lock screen.

"I know Emma... I know your endless love for Harry Styles. But you do not have to show me again and again!" I laughed.

"Look at the day and date today Laur!" She pointed to the screen. It's Saturday. Which means that there is no school today. It's a weekend. Fuck, how absent-minded I am?

"Oops, I'm sorry." I apologised before continuing, "But why are you here so early?" I questioned.

"Well I wanted to have breakfast with you as well as show you around here." She replied.

I've been wanting to explore the place but I haven't had the time to do so for this week. So stupid of me to forget that today was Saturday but you can't blame me right? Who starts the first day of school on a Friday?

We walked to a nearby café that looks absolutely stunning. Oh god when you walk in, there's literally a chandelier hanging from the celling with those bright warm lights surrounding it. Did I mention how comfortable these chairs are? Wrapped with dark purple velvet, it gives out a very posh vibe. London, you never fail to amaze me.

Emma ordered 'Eggs Benedict' while I decide to go for something simple, a ham and cheese sandwich. Not only the décor here is amazing, but the food as well. Plus points.

"What a way to ruin our breakfast." Emma muttered, pushing her food around using her fork.

"What?" I asked, confused. She pointed behind me, my eyes followed her finger. Oh great, Connor and the oh so friendly Abigail.

"Great." I smiled.

"Don't do anything Lauren! Oh god." She hit me in the arm playfully.

"I'm not gonna do anything, you need to chill Em! Don't be so tense!" I grinned at her.

No matter how much I do not want to entertain Abigail now, she HAS to strut her way over to us. Did I mention how awful she looked when she attempted to 'catwalk' in our direction? I'm sure Victoria Secrets disapproves of this.

"Hey Davis." She winks. Wait, how did she know my last name? Last time I checked, all my social media accounts were still intact and nobody has hacked them.
