My Diary (NaLu Fanfiction)

My Diary's 1st Note

 Lucy's Note 

Dear Diary,

It's the first day of school. Yay! I was so excited to meet Juvia! I hoped that Levy will be entering our school since she was not sure if she was going to transfer of not. I scampered to the 4th Floor and headed to our classroom. I opened the door and I thought I was late but I wasn't. Good thing.

"Good morning! Welcome back!" My classmates exclaimed.

"Good morning!" I replied, smiling.

"You're early today." Juvia said.

"Juvia! I missed you!" I hugged her after placing my bag.

"Missed you too, Lucy!" Juvia hugged back.

"Where's Levy? Why isn't she here today?" I asked.

"She didn't tell you? She already transferred. I wonder why she already transferred." Juvia said.

I felt like I was going to cry at that time. Levy and I are best of friends for 9 years already and suddenly she left without even saying a word. Why is it so easy for her to leave me? I thought she was my best friend and we'll never break apart.

"It's okay, Lucy. I'm still here. Juvia will be here for you." Juvia told me.

"Promise?" I asked.

"Yes, of course. I'll never leave you." Juvia reassured me.

"Yay! By the way, how many transfer students are we going to have today?" I asked.

"Someone told us that they will be six and they're all girls. This school started to accept boys several years ago but still almost all the students are girls. Good thing, Gray is not a girl." Juvia answered.

"You still love him, don't you? This day will be the first anniversary of your love for him." I said.

"Yeah and I treasure every moment I have with him. Lucy, don't you have any student council work? You won the election last year to be this year's representative, right?" Juvia reminded me.

"Oh shoot! Yeah, you're right. I have to look after all of our batchmates. Thanks for reminding." I snapped back to my senses.

I ran out of the classroom to go to my post. In the middle of running, I suddenly bumped to someone and it's a boy. He has spiky and salmon hair, tan skin and onyx eyes. I fell to the ground because of the impact since I was really in a hurry. I saw that he was accompanied by a red head girl and a pink head girl. He offered his hand to me and I gladly took his help. He helped me stand up and I tidied myself up.

"Sorry for the trouble I caused you." I apologized, bowing deeply.

"No, it's okay. It's also partly my fault because I wasn't looking where I was heading to." The boy said.

"To atone my sin, feel free to ask help from me if you need my help. Okay?" I told him.

"Yeah. What's your name?" The boy asked.

"I'm Lucy Heartfilia. How about you?" I answered.

"I'm Natsu, Natsu Dragneel." Natsu introduced himself.

"Nice to meet you, Natsu. I have to go now. See ya' later!" I said before running to my post.

So, I met him, The Natsu Dragneel of class 1-2. I really hoped that we could be friends. I know that it's bad to insult other people but he looks stupid though. He's also cute. The ceremony started and I began checking every student in my batch. I was surprised that he was there. He smiled at me and I smiled back.

I still can't stop thinking why Levy left me alone. It makes me sad. She promised me that she wouldn't transfer school but she just did. The ceremony ended and it was time for us to go to our classrooms. I sat on my seat beside Juvia's.

Our teacher was Porlysucia-sensei. I was really bored without Levy. Good thing that sensei prepared an exciting activity for us. My class got fired up. I didn't know what the game was but the game's instruction is that you will sign if the one asking you to sign the categories they picked. My classmates surrounded me and gave their papers to me. I was in a rush so I gave Juvia my paper.

When I was finished signing, I consumed more than half of the time given. I hurried to the first person I saw and asked that person to sign whichever category I said. I went to the white-haired girl and we were both in a rush. We cussed and thank goodness the whole class was busy and noisy that sensei didn't hear us. We laughed when we were both finished signing. When the game finished, I ended up having fewer signs than anybody in the classroom.

What a shame... We all seated and my selected classmates started to present their work. While the teacher was busy with them. I asked the white-haired girl beside Juvia.

"Hi! What's your name?" I asked.

"I'm Mirajane Strauss. You, what's your name?" Mirajane answered.

"I'm Lucy Heartfilia. I would love to be friends with you." I replied.

"Me too." She said.

"Class, we're going to introduce our new students." Sensei said. They started the one that caught my attention was red-headed girl. She was the one with Natsu.

'Maybe they're going out. I can't wait to talk to her.' I thought.

"I'm Erza Scarlet. I did study in a public school." Erza said. She is tall. So, she was Erza.

"Mind if I ask you what was your rank in your school?" Sensei asked.

"Third." She simply answered.

Everybody clapped and cheered at her. She's smart! I love to compete and be friends with her. Mirajane too was third in the whole batch in her previous school. We sure did have smart peeps in our section. My teacher suddenly asked who was ranked first in our batch when we finished middle school. They all pointed at me. I felt embarrassed and just agreed with what they're saying. I feel like looking down at myself whenever they praise me and I don't know why. I'm also feeling a bit proud but I hate proud peeps. They piss me off.

I really hoped that this school year I would do well at school. I hoped that everything would be alright especially with the transfer students here. I hoped that I could be friends with them.

The first day of school finally ended. I was so tired. I saw Erza walking together with Natsu. I squealed and Juvia asked me why. I told her that I ship Erza with Natsu. They're so cute together! NatZa! Omy! I was sure that they would end up together but was I wrong?

Hey, guys! It's been a long time since I started this. Gomene. I was busy with school. My birthday will be on the 23th of April! I'm turning 13! Yay! I'm so excited to be a teen. I can't wait to be a teen! Thanks for waiting the first chapter. Darla, Lady, guess who will be the Natsu here. Maybe Franzia will be able to guess who's him on the first look but currently he's not the Natsu I wished for. Enough for my drama! I hope you like the chapter. Love you all!
