"You want a Double-Double?" Cameron turns around, asking me as he orders us coffee. Today is the first day of school, and the lectures are long, hoping caffeine might keep me alive for those times. "Triple actually, thanks Cam" I smile to him.

"Anything for you." He pulls me close to him, kissing me on my forehead, he turns to the cashier and orders our coffee. I can't stop smiling when I look at him. I love Cameron for his personality but his looks is a bonus. His brown eyes are beautiful, and he has this warm vibe. Genuinely a nice guy, throughout our whole relationship, we've barley fought. Plus, he's on heck of a diehard romantic.

It's Monday, the first day of school and I've had a stressful morning. My first class starts exactly on 9:45am, and I woke up late at 6:45am. It may seem a bit early but for me, It was considered late due to the fact that I was behind on many things. First of all, I couldn't decide on whichever outfit to wear on my first day and ever since I live in the technology age, I forgot my laptop in my Mother's car. Therefore I had to go across the campus to find paper. I was planning to use that laptop for most of my notes and studies, but of course I forgot. Thankfully, Cameron came by early to grab some coffee at the nearby café.

"You nervous?" he asks while grabbing a seat for our table.

"No.Maybe. Ugh, Maybe I'm just overreacting but I'm still nervous for my classes, like what if I fail? AND I forgot my damn laptop in my mothers car. So now my laptop is 8 hours way from here." Rambling on as I quickly finish my coffee within seconds. Leaving our table right after.

"Hey, if you want, you can come over to my dorm. Ya know, spend some time together, watch a movie or something" He asks as we walk across the street to the University. Nodding in agreement, he smiles, pulling me closer to him.

After having our morning coffee at the nearby café, Cameron and I split our ways to our first classes. Grabbing my paper, I scramble through the confusing map. I forgot last night to review it, so now I'm practically in a maze. I'm never late for a class, I got perfect attendance for my entire high school. I sure hope I won't sit in the back, I have a hard time hearing and sitting in the front is always a good thing, you can hear the teacher well, take notes easier. Who wouldn't sit in the front?

"You've got to be kidding me?" I groan to myself after making several mistakes in different classes. After asking many staff members, I finally find the right auditorium, standing outside the giant door. Slowly turning the knob to open the door, I notice the class staring back at me, especially the teacher. Everyone seemed intimidating despite the fact that it's the first day today.

"Welcome to class, um.. Ms...?"

"Esme Hill."'I reply

"Esme Hill, glad you can join us. I'm Mr.Adam Driver and welcome to the freshmen literature  course" As he gestures to the seat in the back. The professor was actually quite young. He had this passive aggressive look to him, you can't tell if he's happy or not. He wore a casual outfit of a tweed blazer, plain black t-shirt and a pair of black skinny jeans. He wasn't bad looking too. He had long hair with this smirk and his voice was a deeper and more relaxed than I thought.

Slowly walking up to pair of desk he recommended. Shifting my eyes above, I notice my desk partner, slouching on his chair, feet up. I emptied out my textbooks onto the desk and turned to the correct page. Noticing I had a desk partner, I turned to my right and saw the boy beside me. My eyes shift to him to the boy leaning back on his hair with his hands behind his head. His hair is a clean sweep of hair moving upwards with short sides, with streaks of light blonde or brown. The boy had metal on his ear, eyebrow and a ring on his lip. My eyes travel down to his long black shirt, revealing his painted arms. Every inch of both arms are covered in ink of designs. How much tattoos does this guy have? He notices me looking, and instead of speaking to me, he scoffs and looks straight to the professor. I shift my eyes away and open up my notebooks.

"Alright class, first of all this class is special and you're the ONLY literature I will be having this semster, I might as well get to know everyone here. Plus, you guys are the smallest class in the entire university. So, first lets all introduce ourselves. Shall we?" Mr. Driver greets each student individually as each student stands and announces their names. Knowing the class turned back at me, It was my turn.

"Esme Hill."  Standing up as I spoke confidently, loud enough for the class to hear. After receiving a few greets from the professor and classmates, I slowly fall back to my seat, turning to face the last person in the class, waiting for the boy to speak. "Good to meet you Ms. Hill. Alright, last but not least. Your turn sir" The professor, gesturing to the inked boy beside me. Watching him slowly stand from his seat, he took a deep breath and clenched his jaw.

"Grayson...Grayson Dolan" He spoke
