Will I always be just a bestfriend?

Chapter 3

~MARY POV~

Okay...so Mario just told the truth...why? Does he want to protect me? He knows I hate lying so He told the truth to Tayana so he knows that if I would tell a lie and Tayana would know we would not be friends anymore...? Maybe.

"Wait! So you're faking! That is dangerous. And if someone learn that? You would be trap!" Tayana said with a suspect voice

"Calm down Tay!" Mario said to her

"Mario!" I told him

"What?" He replied

I ran outside and started crying, why does it hurt! My bestfriends don't likes eachother?

"Mary, don't cry, I need to tell you something..." He said before sitting next to me

"What so you mean..?" I answered crying

"Hunter doesn't have a crush on you, I asked him, because I wanted to show you that I care about you and I want us to be..." He said

I kissed him before he finished his sentence. He kissed back. I love him. This kiss lasted forever but not long in off... I stopped and told me.

"What do you want us to be?" He asked with his cute smile.

"I want us to be...." I said before kissing him again.

I don't really know what I feel for him, to be honest. 

~MARIO POV~

I have been waiting for this moment for so long! But I don't know if now we are...a "couple"?

~MARY POV~

"Are we a couple?" He asked

"To be honest...I don't know, I was asking the same question..." I answered

I wanted to kiss him again but I knew that Tayana would go out of the Tim Horton so I did nothing. After 5 minutes she came to us.

"So? Do the drama is over?" She asked half happy and half mad

I looked at him and took is hands. I told her that we were not faking anymore. She was kind of surprise but I knew that she suspected that. I like Mario but at the same time I am mad at him because all this was a trap.

"Mary, can I talk to you or a sec?" Tayana said

"Yeah!" I looked at Mario and said "I will see you in class"

Me an Tayana talked and she asked why suddenly we were not faking anymore, I told et all the story and she felt like me. She knows that's selfish but at the same time it's romantic. We finally arrived to school and went to our class.

*after school*

I walked with Mario to go home because I wanted to do our homework togheter. He was holding my hand and I had my head on his shoulder. When we arrived to my house, he went in my room and I went in the kitchen to make a snack for us. But my older brother was in the house too, obviously!

"So what are you doing kid!?" He asked

"No your business"

"Ugh! I'm your older brother! Tell me or.." I took my wrist.

"DAMN! Let me go!!"

"Princesse! Don't cry, I'm here for you" he said with a creepy voice

Mario heard me scream so he ran downstairs and saw my brother near me.

"WTF ! Dude, let her go? What's wrong with you?" He screamed as he came to defend me.

I was next to him, I felt safe. Mario is brave when he sees I'm in danger. My brother started laughing and went in his room. Me and Mario went in mine. I was terrifying, my brother could hurt me, he is such a jerk sometimes! Mario took me in his arms and started rubbing my back. I was crying on his shoulder and he didn't stopped repeating: "it's okay, it's okay, I'm here.... " I didn't know what to do, I sat on my bed and looked at him. We stared at each other it wasn't awkward at all, I finally understood I was in love with him and said:

"Mario, I love you" I said as hugging him.

"I love you too" he reply before kissing me.
