Friends aren't the people you can lean on
They are the only people you can count on
Friends are not for life
They are forever
Friends are not who you can give the other side of a necklace to
They are the people you can give the other side of your heart to
Friends are not people you can have a happy sleep over with
They are the people who when you cry at night will run to have a sad sleep over with you
Friends are not the people that will fix all your problems
They are the people that can promise that they will be next to you and help you to get over them
Friends are not the one's that will ask you who you like
They are the people that will keep the name of the person you like, secret
Friends are not the one's you share all your happy memories with
They are the people that will be able to share bad memories with you too
Friends are not diamonds
Yet, they are the most precious thing you have
