You were walking home from the library carrying animal books and study books about things you'll need to be a vet, because that's what you wanted to do for your career ever since you were little.

As you kept walking you heard some noises coming from an alley you were passing, and you knew better then to go down a dark and creepy alley at night but your curiosity got the better of you and so you went down the alley.

When you went down there you hide behind a dumpster so no one could see you. You quietly peeked around the conner to see a group of Purple Dragons coming out of a bar and most of them were really drunk.

You didn't want them to notice you so you slowly backed away from the dumpster hoping that they wouldn't see you but unfortunately you accidentally kicked a can across the alley and that caused them to look in the direction you were at.

You panicked and quickly turned to run but three more Purple Dragons came down the alley blocking your only exit and making you back up slowly. You turned your head to see the other Purple Dragons walking towards you slowly with evil grins on their faces as they chuckled darkly.

"Well looky what we have here boys,a pretty little girl all alone in this part of the city."one of them said.

You were absolutely terrified as they backed and trapped you against the wall. You had tears threating to spell from your eyes, your heart was pounding rapidly and you were shaking so violently that all your papers and books slipped through your hands and fell to the ground.

"Aww look she's shaking like a leaf, don't worry we won't hurt ya yet, we wanna have a little fun first." the one that had you trapped against said in a seductively tone and licked his lips.

"P-Please n-no." you said in a shaky tone.

You closed your eyes feeling helplessly hopeless and prayed for a miracle to happen and thankful your prayer was answered.

"Hey Dragon Punks didn't your mother teach you how to treat a lady?"

You heard a voice call out to them and as much you wanted to know whose voice it belonged to you were still too scared to look. After a few minutes of hearing thrashing and crashing sounds it stopped and you finally worked up the courage to open your eye's and when you did you saw all the Purple dragons were knocked out.

You fell to your knees as you took in quick, heavy breaths trying your best to calm down. Shaking off the terror you still felt you started gathering up your papers and books.

"Um.. Excuse me miss are you ok????" Asked a nervous voice

It was the same voice you heard that called out to to the Purple dragons and you were pretty sure he was the one who saved you from that mess.

"Yes I-im fine." you replied.

"Here l-let help you with that." he said as he started helping you

He helped you pick up the rest of the books and papers that were still on the ground as you put the ones that you had picked up into your book bag.

"I think that's all of them." he said as he handed them all back to you.

"Tha-" you were about to thank him but you were cut off when you saw his hand.

You saw that instead of hand it was a paw and when you looked up to see his face your eyes widened as you saw that there was a six foot brown Labrador with brown eyes kneeling down down in front of you with a bow staff strapped to his back, but the weird thing was that you weren't really afraid of him, you were more amazed really. He saw the look on your face and sighed heavily.

"You can go ahead and scream and runway if you'd like, I understand." he said sadly as he looked away.

That caused you to frown sadly but then you smiled a little as you took the papers out of his paw and put them in your bag.

"But if I did that it'd be very rude of me and I don't like rude people." you said you looked at him.

He looked backed at you, kinda surprised at your response.

"So your not afraid of me?" he asked.

"Not really, I mean you did save me, and besides your kind of adorable." you said with a blush.

"Um... Thanks." he said with a blush and rubbed the back of his neck.

"Oh I'm Donatello but you can call me Donnie, Don, or D if you want." he said as soon as he stood up and held out his paw hand to help you up.

"(y/n) (l/n)." you said as you accepted his paw hand and was pulled to your feet.

Your legs were still a little shaky so when you got to your feet you nearly almost fell to the ground, but lucky for you you fell into a pair of arms before you hit the ground.

"Woah, careful!" Donnie said as he caught and held you.

"Sorry, I guess I'm still a little shaken up." you said.

"Um...would you like me to help you get home?" he asked.

"I would appreciate that." you said.

"Ok then, I hope you don't mind me doing this..." he said as he bent down.

"Doing wha- eppp!!!" you squeaked as you were lifted off the ground.

You realized that Donnie had picked you up bridal style and carried you up the fire escape and onto the roof.

"Where do you live exactly?" he asked

"Oh, it's (st/n) (ad)." you said with a blush on your face.

"Alright then, let's getting going shall we?" he said as he took off running still carrying you in arms as he jumped roof to roof making sure not to drop you as you held on to him tightly with your eyes closed.

-------------time skip---------

You and Donnie had made it back to your apartment and landed on the balcony that you had outside your room. You opened your eyes as Donnie set you down making sure you were able to stand, which you were, and walked over to your balcony doors and picked the lock so you were able to go inside. Him being the gentleman he is held open the door for as you walked to the door frame.

"Thank you again for saving me and helping me out." you said.

"Your welcome, it's kinda my job to keep pretty princesses like yourself safe." he said with a sweet smile.

You blushed at his complement and turned around to go inside but before you did you turned back to Donnie as he was about to leave.

"Donnie wait!" you said.

"Yes?" he asked he stopped and turned to you.

"Will I ever see you again?" you asked shyly.

"Of course!" he said with a smile and disappeared.

You went inside and closed your balcony doors behind you. You walked over to your bed and just collapsed into it. You stared thinking of Donnie as you slowly drifted off into sleep and you hoped that you would see him again.

Merry Christmas you guys, this chapter is my Christmas present from me to you, I hope you all like it and if not I'm sorry I tried, I really wanted this to be done before Christmas so I worked on it all day. Also I need more votes on Splinter and I already got Mikey covered.
