I awaken from my mighty hibernation only to find out that my mom and dad divorced, my brother moved out, my mom is on drugs, my best friend has cancer, and my sister is a non stop whining brat. So yes, my life is complete and utter shit right now. But its a new day and a new day is a day to start over.

After my brother found out about moms slip up on dealing , he called social services and they took me away. I have spent the last few months in foster care being bounced back and forth from one home to the next so stupid social services decided to finally let me stay at a adoption center and see who wants me. I've been here two weeks and still no one has even glanced at me. Not even once. Until today.

I'm currently 16. I have a really light brown hair and blue eyes. I'm a very comfortable type of person. I wear vans with joggers or skinny jeans and v-neck t-shirts or shirts with funny logos. I have one tattoo on my wrist. It's a heart and has my little brothers name in it. My little brother died at 4 years old in a car accident with my mom. Bet you can guess what she was doing... Drinking. Again. I was heart broken and this is the only thing I have left to remind me of him.

A couple walked up to me. The man was about 35 who had dirty blonde hair that was a buzz cut and and little bit of scruff. The woman was about 33 she had long black hair with bangs that fell just above her eyes. The lady asked "hello ms, are you happen a chance to be one I can adobt?" I nodded. The man then started speaking to the adoptive dealer person, "We would like to adopt her." I smiled from ear to ear. I couldn't believe someone actually wanted me.

"Alright, will you three follow me to the counter so we can get the papers filled and bill right." The adoptive person said.

After three hours of feeling out paper work we finally left the place. I walked behind them as they led the way to their car. "What kinda car do u have?" I asked breaking the silence. The man pointed across the parking lot at a hummer. "That one right there" he said smiling. I smiled back and nodded. They had a 2016 model Hummer that was black and had Crome wheels.

The lady smiled at me on our way to the car. "What are your names?" I asked. "I'm Lisa Manning and this is Kenny Manning." The lady said with a smile. "Thank you so much for adopting me. I'm Alora." I said smiling back.

"That's a beautiful name." Lisa said. "Thanks." I said smiling back. I was so happy that I finally get to go to a actual home. I just hope they don't kick me out like the foster parents I've had did.

"We have a adopted son and a daughter." Said Kenny. "Awesome!," I said excited "what are their names and age?." "The boy is Kai and he's 17 and the girl is Ariel and she is 2." Kenny responded. "I'd love to meet them." I said smiling.

"They are actually waiting in the car right now." Lisa responded. We finally arrive at the Hummer and the back door popped open and a teenage boy jumped out of the car. I assume that is Kai.

He had black hair like his mom and his hair was cut in a style called 'The Ethan'. He was wearing a light blue v-neck with black skinniest and black converse. He had black glasses on that looked like nerd glasses but were real.

He stood in front of me and gave me a big cheeky grin. His teeth were bright white and perfectly aligned. His eyes were an light green with a tint of brown. He was actually really hot.

He held out his arms and smiled widely saying "Come here new sis!" I returned the smile and hugged him. He hugged me back tightly. His cologne smelt good as hell and his hugs were soft and cuddly.

We pull away from each other and he motions for me to get in the car. I sit in the middle in the back seat next to the car seat for Ariel.

I look over and see Ariel. She has dirty blonde curly hair and bright blue eyes. She was stinking adorable. She smiled at me then looked at her brother. "Is this our new sissy?" She asked in a cute little high pitched voice. "Yep this is our adopted sister." He replied smiling.

"You're beautiful." Ariel said. I could feel my face getting red and a big smile appeared on my face. "You are very gorgeous too." I reply still smiling. She giggled and smiled back. "What's your name?" She asked looking at me. "I'm Alora." I said smiling at how cute she is. "Awora," she giggled "that's a funny name." Ariel said.

"I think it's a beautiful name." Kai said smirking. I look at him and smile. "Thank you." I said. "You're Kai and you're Ariel, right?" I asked. They both replied with a 'yep'. And I nodded "I'm glad to be apart of the family." I said smiling.

Lisa and Kenny hoped in the car and told Kai to get in. "We are glad to have you." Lisa said smiling at me through the rear view mirror. Kai climbed in beside me and we pulled out of the parking lot.

"Where are we going now mommy?" Ariel said. "How about the carnival." Kenny said smiling back at Ariel. "Yay! I lub carmibals!" Ariel said enthusiastic. "Is that okay with you?" Lisa asked glancing at me. I smiled and nodded. "Of course. As long as I don't go on one of those spiny things cause those things are the death of me." I replied making everyone laughed.
