It's been two hours since Ace has been at my house, but I'm still shaken up. What did he want from me anyway? My virginity? My pride? My reputation?
I ignored my thoughts. I needed to see Gordie, it was just something that simply needed to happen.
"Billy, I'm going to Gordie's house!" I yelled upstairs.
"What?" He hissed.
"What?" I asked. I heard him get up and make his way towards the steps, and he started to walked down them.
"Where are you going?" He asked me.
"Gordie's house" I said.
"No way, No how" Billy said to me, going in the fridge and popping open a Coke.
"Billy it's just a mile down the road, I'll be fine" I tried to convince him.
"What if you see ace? What then?" Billy asked me.
"I won't. If I'm not back in an hour you can start to panic, and go looking for me, but I don't think I'm gonna run into trouble." I said walking out the door without letting Billy finish. I started to walked towards Gordie's house.
When I got to Gordie's house, Gordie's parents were working outside.
I walked up to the door and knocking. Gordie walked up to the door, and opened it.
"Tris?" He asked.
"Hey, I just kinda thought we could hang" I said slightly awkwardly.
"Uh yeah sure, come in" Gordie said to me. We sat on his couch and looked at each other.
Gordie's thumb met my skin just above my eyebrow, and I cringed in pain.
"Who did that?" Gordie asked clearly irritated that I was hurt.
"I don't know, maybe Ace?" I said not completely sure about what happened. I stared into Gordie's eyes. "It's okay" I spoke.
"I don't understand, what does he want from you?" Gordie asked confused, leaning toward me slightly.
"I don't know" I said leaning toward him more.
"I won't let him get it" Gordie threatened.
"Maybe he wants this" I said leaning forward and kissing Gordie. I wrapped my arm around his neck and pulled him closer to me. He kissed back strongly, pushing me till my back was against the couch. I ran one hand threw his hair, and he moved his kisses down to my neck, and started to lightly nibble as his hands ran up and down my sides. His lips met my lips again, and I pulled him closer. He started to kiss my jawline, and it honestly felt so nice. He was so careful. He pulled away and stared into my eyes, and then the door in his front room opened, and we both sat up.
"Hey, surprise, surprise" Chris said laughing, walking threw the door way.
"Keep your mouth shut, dig it?" Gordie asked.
"Yeah I dig." Chris laughed.
---
We kind of just talked for about 15 minutes before Chris had to leave and then Gordie turned on the TV, and I watched it with him laying my head on his chest.
"I gave you a little..." He motioned at my neck. I laughed knowing exactly what he was talking about. I remembered what I told Billy and realized I've been here for at least forty-five minutes and I needed to get home. I told Gordie kissed him on the cheek and started to walk home.
---
I got about halfway home when I just had to run into ace.
"You know we never finished our conversation earlier" Ace said walking up beside me and Putting his arm around my waist, pulling me closer to him.
"What's to say, your a faggot and I don't want to be seen with you." I spat.
"You know one day that mouth of yours is gonna get you in trouble" he said to me, slamming me against a tree by my side. He looked at my neck and pushed my hair back to see two hickeys.
"You've gotta be fucking kidding me! Your such a slut!" He said slamming me against the tree again. I cringed in pain, and held my side. "I hope it hurts you whore."
"If I'm used up then why do you want me?" I asked him.
"Why don't you shut the fuck up?" He asked me angrily.
"Because your insane!" I yelled at him.
"Now I would like that you get off of me and let me go home" I pleased. "Please" he let go of my side, and watched me walk off. I heard him behind me throw something at the tree.
When I got home, I walked up stairs and yelled in Billy's room that I was home. Then I went in my room and locked the door behind me. I pulled up my shirt, and looked in the mirror.
There were bruises all along my side, and all over my stomach. They hurt like hell. It hurt to walk, sit, even lay down. Then I pulled back my hair and looked at my two hickies from Gordie.
Gordie's marks were filled with so much love and softness, and Aces were caused by pain emotional and physical. Gordie was so careful, and he was so Caring. I've never felt anyone treat me like that before. I kept imaging the kiss and then I realized that, I don't care about anyone else. I loved Gordie.
