Chapter 10
The wedding
The date we chose for the wedding was 1st of July. Right at the middle of the summer. And about the place – Conor chose Islands of the Andaman Sea, Thailand. This islands were just unbelievable.
On the wedding we invited Conor’s family, my mother, the crew, Joey, Alex and 4 of my mayniac sisters.
The ceremony was on the beach. I was wearing short white veils dress and Conor was wearing white pants and white t-shirt. A bit casual, but who cares? Haha!
When the priest came it was time to start.
After the vows the priest asked:
“Conor Maynard do you take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife?”
“I do!” he answered and then smiled to me.
“And Geri Jones do you take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband?
I thought that I would never said that words before I turn 25, but…
“I do!”
“I now pronounce you husband and wife.” The priest said. “You can kiss the...”
But Conor didn’t wait him to finish. He grabbed me and kissed me. Everytime when we kissed I felt the same feeling as when we kissed for the first time at the top of the Eiffel tower.
After the ceremony we went on the of 15m yacht where was the wedding party. It was crazy and of course everybody got drunk. It was the best party of my life. Haha!
