The court day!

Chasity's POV:

Today was finally the court date and I am very nervous. Jessa is staying with Harry and Sabrina and Darcy. Well I got dressed and threw my hair in a messy bun and no make up on and left to head to court. When I got there I seen Louis waiting at the door for me. Why are you waiting for me I asked kinda rudely. Just to be nice and I wanted to talk to you he said with a smirk on his face. Why do you wanna talk to me we aren't friends for Gods sake you took me to court. I only did this because I want to see Jessa. I don't want to take her away permanently just like maybe on the weekends he said very serious. Does management know your doing this. Umm no but I don't care anymore that is my child and I want to be there for her and for you. We're not together Louis. I know not yet anyway he said with a sad look on his face. Louis we were together but you made your choice when you left us, you gave me abandonment issues I can't trust you again. I feel like if we were to start dating again you would just leave us again. Please Chasity just give me another chance? Not right now I am happy with Hayes if something happens with Hayes then I'll let you know but for now no! Okay you ready to go inside and get this show on the road Louis said. I'm ready as I'll ever be even tho I'm nervous.

After court.

So the court decided for Louis to get Jessa every other weekend from now until she's eighteen. I'm kinda happy with the results because I thought he was gonna get custody but I lucked out luckily. Today is Thursday so Louis's first weekend starts tomorrow we'll see how Jesssa starts liking Louis and maybe I can learn to like him to and we can be friends. As of right now I am willing to be friends with Louis just for the sake of raising our daughter together but I am happy with Hayes.

Louis's POV:

Since I got partial custody like I wanted I  decided to go to the park just to think about everything. When I got there I saw something I wouldn't have expected to see. I saw Hayes making out with some blonde chick. I took my phone and took a picture of it and sent it to Chasity with an I'm sorry and I sent her my address and said if u need me I'm here for you. I hope she won't be mad at me for sending her that picture. Even tho I was just trying to help her out she might think I did that on purpose because she knows I want to get back with her. But I love her so I can't give up on trying to get back with her. I love her!!!!!
