Viper's Pov
I woke(I'm always sleeping)to the sound of talking and got out the vcan to see that we were on the edge of the woods and Addy with a patch on her leg(I'm gonna guess)and standing on the forests edge looking at nothing and I slipped my sniper along with my swords into my back along with my my bow and my arrows in their quiver and put my chinese ring draggers in my pockets and one each in my boot and slipped on my fingerless gloves and my knuckle ring and kissed my necklace and grabbed a granola bar from my pack and put other one in my back pocket and opened the one in my hand and took a bite then walked over to Addy(Little Mermaid)and offered her one and she glanced at it then muttered"Thanks"and took it and I said back "You Welcome"and after a moment decided to make some conversation"So what are you staring at?"and she glanced at me and said"Actually I'm waiting for something"Lik....e"10k"and I raised a eyebrow"Why would you be waiting for him?"and before she could answer my question I heard yelling or more specifically 10K's yelling and without a second thought I raced towards the sound with Addy(Little Mermaid)calling after me and when I made it I saw Cassandra on top of 10k with her hands on the back of his hands and chin trying to snap his neck and I hurriedly took my sniper off my back after finding a ledge to sit it on and took aim and I was about to shoot until I saw 10k take a knife out of his boot and stab her in the side of her neck/head and she let go and fall on top of him and I got up and made my way carefully down and by the time I had gotten there he was on his knees just staring at her unmoving body and I gently drop on my knees next to him and cradled him to my chest while he let a few tears escape and I started humming a lullaby my mom used to sing to me to calm me down while rocking back and forth and after a minute I stood up held my hand out and said"Come on...we don't want to keep the others waiting"and he looked up and I sent him a small smile and he returned it and slowly grasped my hand and I slowly pulled him up and he looked at Cassandra one last time and we walked away holding hands.
Once we got to the tree line we saw the team standing there with Murphy saying"We should just leave them"and when they looked at us we shook our heads and they sighed sadly but Murphy rushed up to 10k but I stood in front of him and whipped out my chinese ring draggers and held it in a warning mater and he stopped and exclaimed with venom in his voice"What did you do!!!"and 10k gently pushed me to the side and shoved Murphy back and said in the same tone"I saved her life what did you do!!!"and Murphy shoved him back and grabbed his throat but before he had a chance to say anything I quickly switched my ring dragged for my bow and arrow and took aim and shot and it hit the tree right next to him a meter from his head just like I excepted and he and the rest looked at me with wide eyes and I quickly took aim with other arrow and said in a warning tone"Let him go and step away from him or the next one goes in your forehead"and he held on to him and I raised a eyebrow in question and got ready to let go when he let go of him and stepped away raising his hands and I walked over to 10k and glanced at him then asked"You okay?"still keeping my arrow and eyes trained on Murphy for any sudden move and he looked at me and said quietly"Yeah"then Murphy walked off I'm guessing to the car and I slowly put my bow along with my arrow down and placed the bow on my back and arrow in quiver then walked over to the tree and slowly pulled my arrow out making sure not to break it then placed it in my quiver also then we all moved to the vcan and got in and once we hit the road I unloaded and opened my arms to 10k while lying down and he slowly snuggled up to me and wrapped his arms around my waist and his head in my chest and after a moment of silence I looked down at him and mumbled"How you feeling?"and he looked up into my eyes and said"Like Shit"which caused me to lightly laugh and say"All it takes is times"and he breath"I know"before his breathing got shallow and even meaning he was asleep and I sighed and closed my eyes too falling into a deep sleep with a smile.
