Dr. Balbir S. Tomar Chairman and Chancellor Nims University was the honorable guest between the heads of the government of 54 nations across Africa and the Indian Government to give a new thrust to our age old partnership.
On this summit Prof. (Dr.) Balbir S. Tomar expressed that "We want to travel far on the path of development and we want to travel together with our African friends and partners, in the true spirit of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas (Together with all, Development for all)."
