There's no where to go
it's like im trapped
Can not move
Because im frozen
But I brought this on myself
Im trapped
Because what i've done
Theres no turning back
But I dont want to turn back
Im to ashamed
Ashamed of what I did
And of what I will do
The people i've hurt
And the people I will hurt
I push everyone away
Leaving me lonely
But it''s better this way
No one else will get hurt
Not because of me anymore
But I still hurt
And my hear alway's hurt's
I want to feel better
But I can't
I'll live in pain forever
