Your POV:
I wake up in Sean's arms. He's still asleep. I smile up at him. His arm snaked around my waist, holding me tightly. My best friend.
Then a woman walks into the room. She looks at me and smiles, "hiya pet, what's your name?" She sits down on the other side of the couch.
"Sorry this isn't how I would have imagined meeting you. Sean and I met a few days ago. He helped me through a difficult few days and I guess we've become best friends" I smile.
"Oh, you're. Wait let me guess... (Y/n)! Yes (y/n), Sean talks about you a lot. Seamus's girlfriend?" She asks. "Ex" I sigh. "Oh no honey what happened?" She asks concerned. "Well Seamus, on the first day of school he was talking about a new guy in his class that he hated. During the lunch break I found him beating the new guy up, I helped the guy sort of... Then on the way hope I hurt my self and the new guy helped me. We made friends quickly, that guy is Sean. Seamus got mad at me for making friends with him and he got jealous. We fought and then eventually he broke up with me, also stating that he was cheering on me. He slapped me a few times and just today he kneed me in the stomach..." I tear up a bit. "Ahw honey. That's such a shame. But I can't believe that Seamus is that mean. He hurt you and he beats up his cousin. I'm going to have a word with my sister" she frowns. "Thank you" I smile. "No problem" she says. I look up and smile at Sean. He has pretty long eyelashes. His eyes then flutter open.
I blush a little and smile at him. "Wakey wakey sleepy brains" I giggle. He boops my nose and makes a boop sound. I hear his mam squeal a little. Sean then looks up at his mam. He jumps when he sees her. "Um, ma-mam! Hi I didn't see you there" he rubs the back of his neck.
"Don't worry, you two are cute together" she smiles. Sean and I both blush. I sit up and yawn a bit. Sean's mam smiles at me, I smile back.
"Sean, were we going to play shadow of the colossus?" I ask.
"Ahw! So you love gaming too! You guys are just perfect" his mam jokes.
"I guess I am a bit of a gamer" I laugh. His mam smiles. "Let's go play our game then" he smiles at me. We leave and walk I his room. We start up where we left off. There was no more story left, we had watched all of that. I got the remote and I started playing with Sean's guidance. He was videoing so that the camera could see the screen and our faces.
After hours of playing we finished the entire game. "Wohw, (y/n)! You practically speed ran that shit!" Sean laughed.
"Thanks" I smile. It may not seem like it, but that's a huge compliment in the video game industry.
"Um Sean it's like 6:30, my mum and brother will be sitting down to dinner now..."
"What about your dad?" He asked.
"He... He isn't here anymore" I sigh, a tear drops from my eyes.
"Oh, (y/n), I'm sorry. I didn't know" he sighs and hugs me.
"Don't worry about it" I smile softly.
"Should I walk you home?" He asks.
"Please?" I smile. He hugs me once more and we get up. I collect my things and we walk out of his room. On the way out I encounter his mam once more.
"Thank you for having me over, it was really nice to meet you. I love the gaf by the way" [gaf: house in Irish]
"You're such a sweet heart, thank you for coming over!" She waves at me. I wave back and Sean and I walk back to my house together.
