Calum's life was extraordinarily boring. From an outsider's perspective, being a rockstar and having all of the money in the word was fascinating. However, Calum felt as though his life was as bland as can be. Even with all of the opportunities in the world, nothing felt right. He knew how his life would go, he had seen it happen to many rock stars of the past. He would meet a girl in a club one day, they'd fall in lust with each other, her most likely looking for fame and he looking for companionship. The band would break up in 10 years and he would go to live a monotonous life in the Los Angeles suburbs, escaping through alcohol and drugs. Or at least that's how he thought it would go, but that all changed when he glimpsed at Laia in the secluded walls of the library.
