Kuro Chi is an Tsundere, sometimes a sadist, she happens to be from the clan called Phantom Secret as her brother is from the Golden Scorpion the brother clan to hers. Despite, being the only female in the clan she has to deal with more brutally training to toughen her up and because she's the only sister for both clans. Kuro Chi is 17 years old, 5'8 with long crow black hair, piercing midnight blue eyes, and nice body. Her father is one of the Legendary Masters of the Black Shadow of Death clan but her mother died when she was just 8yrs old as she had left her home to live in Italy with her uncle.
Kuro Chi can come off as a bit hostile yet cold but it's just because of her strict code she kept since she was raised in the clan. As she returns back to Tokyo to finish school there after her uncle was assassinated, she finds herself being attracted by boys and envied by girls. Though, she might forget that she has to make sure she watches her surroundings each and every time trouble comes to her as she realized everyone knows who she is but doesn't messes with her.
In the story, Kuro Chi happen to had just left from the rooftop when she saw this person bite this girl on the arm and then she was dead but rose up. She is equipped with her Samurai sword, 5 ninja stars, 2 ninja blades, and one scythe with a chain attached. She wears a her school uniforms sometimes or almost rarely, she also wears her ninja suit, or her kimono. But, when wearing her suit she wears her chain shirt under it all the time. Her look is completed with her black boots or her black shoes just like her brother she too has a scar except her's is on her thigh while Raiden's scar is on his chest.
