Rei has long, orangy-brown hair with bangs and two strands sticking out above the rest of her hair. She has reddish-brown eyes, a slender figure, and ample breasts. She also usually has a small, single ponytail on the back of her head, leaving the rest of her hair long. Throughout the series, she has been constantly dressed in her school uniform and has seldom changed her attire.
Rei is known to be a headstrong and reliable member of the group. She is very caring towards everyone, especially Takashi. Although constantly reprimanding him for his selflessness, she admits that this was one of the reasons she originally fell in love with him. She has held deep affection for Takashi since they were in kindergarten and has always liked him. She gets extremely jealous when Saeko is near Takashi and is shown to compete with Saeko for Takashi's affection.
She is 17 years old, 164 cm tall, and in the story though she's jealous of Saeko being by Takashi she also has a feeling that she should watch out for in Kuro knowing who her father is and what he does when his daughter dishonors the family. Also, she had a crush on her brother, Raiden, and mentioned to him after him and Miku broke up.
"Beware the girl who has no soul along with her brother too, do I dare forsaken him? Forget it my heart belongs to him no matter what.....Kuro can die in a filthy ditch funny how she can sleep at night knowing all the people her family had killed if I could kill her I would...."
