Alright, before I say anything, let's do a story time!
About more than a year ago, on a faithful day during July, I came home to a message in my Wattpad inbox. It was someone asking me if I wanted this book to be published.
So I went through a series of events with my parents, the publishing company, and a bunch of other people, before we finally got the project on the go.
After several amounts of edits, we all came to an agreement that everything was final.
So here we are now! We are now able to hold our book in our hands as a physical copy!
The real MVP here is my publisher's (Pop Fiction) team, because I think we all know how horrible I am with time management yet we were able to go through it and they're seriously the best.
Isn't the cover pretty? Please thank the illustrator, James John Andres, for that. Points for you if you know that scene (although that the first indicator that I changed up the scenes of the book.)
FAQ:
Where can I buy it?
Available in all major bookstores, convenient stores, groceries, malls, and other places where Pop Fiction books are sold nationwide.
Also available on Lazada and Shopee.
Is it available outside of the Philippines?
Physical copy, no. Though, there are sellers scattered around the internet who does international shipping, it's just a matter of hunting for them.
E-book version, yes. You can purchase it through my publisher's online store. The link is in my profile and you can just search it up there.
How much is it?
Php199 for the physical version and Php165 for the e-book version.
Is the story the same?
For the most part. I did say that it went through a long process and that includes cutting off and adding a lot of scenes. The published version is more stuck to the reality side of things, since you're all aware of the predicament Drew's father is in. Some adorable scenes were also added (Spoiler: Blake and Celeste making up). Some characters got their roles expanded, some didn't.
Are you going to delete the Wattpad version?
Nope, this version will stay in this site for all of you to read for free. Again, this is unedited and not really the same with the published version but hey, this is the story you and I fell in love with.
Epilogue?
All in the published version. It's not really part of the main plot so it doesn't really change anything, but I thought that those who went on their way to buy it should get a treat. Unless, you know the trick to getting to it through my tumblr.
So for now, thank you so much for the support! We literally pushed the release date so many times and they thought that Christmas day would be the perfect time to do since snow/winter is a very important theme in the book.
