Chapter Five

The sun shines beautifully on Fairy Foundry shop. Cepherine opened the window of her room to feel the wind that ruffles on her hair. She smiled as herself as she prepare to work. There was a soft knock on the door. She walk towards the door and opened it to see Elson beaming at him. He handed her a plate full of cookies. The can be heard on downstairs, it must be Frederika and Nymira arguing about the food that they will prepare for today's lunch or dinner. Cepherine gave Elson a confused look.

'If you're going to ask just in case why they are arguing, well they said that they will be baking an apple pie. But they don't know who will buy the apples because it's kind of our of their budgets, sadly.'

"I hope they'll buy just a few apples because we are the only ones who will eat it, right?" she asked.

Elson nods his head.

"Anyway, thanks for the cookies Elson!! I really appreciated it" she smiled and went back to her room.

But before she could proceed with working on Xander's clothes, she took a bite from one of the cookies that Elson gave her. It was sweet. She took a couple of bite before she'll begin with her duties.

Meanwhile, Xander and Aiden kept on walking until they saw a sign labeled "The Fairy Foundry". Aiden sighed as he thought himself that they finally arrived. They went to the front door and knocked softly. The arguments is still going in. Shouts from Frederika can be heard outside the shop. Xander knocked loudly. Elson, who was really disappointed because all they argued is just a little thing walked towards the door and opened it for Xander and Aiden.

"Um.. guys we have some visitors.." whispered Hasten to Nymira's ears.

Soon, the room went quiet. Nymira glanced around to see Xander and Aiden who was looking stunned. Frederika looked at them as well. Nymira bowed at them and greeted then warmly.

"Welcome gentlemen, to Fairy Foundry. At your service"

"Uh, yeah. No need for formalities." said Aiden with a big smile on his face. Frederika eyes winded.

Elson walked towards Frederika, she grabbed him and whispered : Did you see that?! That's Aiden Statwhisper!! The leader of the Red Lightning Knights! He's so handsome!!

Hasten seemed to recognize Xander.

"Your the guy from yesterday, right?" he asked him.

"Yes I am.." said as his glared at him.

"What brings you here?" asked Nymira, looking at them.

Xander raised the basket of apples so that they could see.

"I would like to give Cepherine a simple treat since she is really working hard for the clothes that I asked for to do." Frederika's eyes winded at the basket of apples.

Cepherine walked downstairs to see what's happening. She gazed at Xander who was busy looking at Nymira. She went near them. Xander went pink again as she saw her walk in. Aiden grinned at him. Xander immediately handed the basket to Cepherine who was shocked.

"For me? Oh, thank you so much Xander! You bother too much!" she smiled at him.

She thought for a moment, she don't usually eat apples but she thought if giving this to Frederika and Nymira so that they could stop arguing. But she hoped that Xander will agree if she's willing to give it to them.

"Um.. Hey Xander, is it alright if I gave these apples to Frederika and Nymira? They are planning to make a apple pie but they don't have much money for it though." she asked him.

"Oh yes, why not? It's all fine by me."
He lied. Aiden cam see it on his face that he really don't want anyone to have his little gift for Cepherine.

She gave it to Nymira who was having a death glare with Frederika.

"Thank you very much" she said.

"Well, looks like we are done with our duties here so I think we better go now~" said Aiden playfully.

Frederika grabbed him by his cape.

"But sir, we are up to bake some delicious apple pie! So would you please stay here a bit longer?" she begged. Aiden chuckles

"Um, sure thing milady." he turned around and kneels down. He took her front hand and kissed it.

Frederika turned into a tomato. Blushing too hard.

"My name is Aiden Statwhisper, it's a pleasure to meet you, milady"

"S-Same here.." She could barely speak. "I'm F-Frederika Lightsmitch"

"What a beautiful name you got there Milady.." he said smilling.

Frederika looked like she was about to faint. After a while, Hasten gave them drinks and place to sit while they are waiting for the pie. Xander on the other hand, left Aiden down stairs to see how's Cepherine is doing. He knocked the door of the room.

"Come in" she said softly.

Xander entered the room. He walked towards her and watches her sew. He looked happily at her for a few seconds then decided to talk with her.
"Did you already have a design or patterns for my clothes?" he asked. Cepherine nod her head.

"Yes, but I need to buy cloth for you. I don't have much cloth here to make yours though."

"I'll go with you!" he exclaimed.

"Eh? Why so sudden..?" she asked

"Um... Because I want to! Don't ask questions!" he half-yelled.

"O-Okay..." She said "I'll just finish this hat, then join us for lunch. Afterwards, we can go now to the clothes shop. Color of your choice?"

"Any color that will match the design." replied Xander.

For a few hours, they heard Aiden shouted happily.

"Xander!! The apple pie is ready! Let's join them for lunch!"

The both of them went downstairs and smelt the delicious smell of the apple pie that Nymira and Frederika made for them. Aiden hurried to get a plate for Cepehrene and Xander. Hasten sliced the apple pie into four quarters, then their plates are filled with slices of apple pie. Aiden ate the pie with joy.

"It's so delicious!! I love it!"

"I'm so glad you liked it Aiden!" said Frederika happily.

Xander and Cepherine took a bite at the same time. Her eyes filled with fireworks. It was really good.

"Your apple pie is really good Frederika! Nymira! I hope you'll do some blueberry pie. It's my favorite!" she exclaimed.

Now Xander have a hint Oh what he will give her next time when he got the chance. He will buy the most delicious blueberry pie that he could buy for her. On that moment, he cherished the moment he ate a delicious pie with the girl he have a crush on.
