It was March 11th 2013, a cold, rainy day in Chicago. Standing in line for an hour on a bridge over lake Michigan, cold, scared, exited. It was my first time ever at a concert, and it was seeing my favorite band. I was so nervous. I was exited. I remember waking in, handing Mark Lynch (Ross's Dad) my ticket, and walking in smiling and really happy. Thinking "am I really about to see R5 in concert?! Or is this all a dream?!" My mom looked bored to death while I was exited and didn't know what to do with my self. Once we got into the stage area, I was upset, my mom was right, it was a standing concert. No seats. Nothing. First come first serve. I was so upset. All I was thinking was "how am I going to be able to see R5?! I'm only 4'6?! I'm not going to be able to see them or anything!!" I started crying. I was really upset. I kept saying that this was a wast of time and we should just go home. I knew that my mom wanted to go home, but she didn't want to make me even more upset, and plus my dad had the car, and so we went all the way to the top of The house of blues with the balconies so I could see a little of them... I recommend not going to the House of blues for a concert or anything! There was no seats to sit down at all, nor could I not see! But anyways, the first song they played was ready set rock! I was so exited! Even though I couldn't see, I was still jamming out. I was so focused on the concert that I didn't even hear my mom say that she will be right back. She didn't say where she was going or anything. When I turned around to ask my mom something and she was gone, I had a mini panic attack. But about two minutes later she came back with: a R5 T-shirt, R5 guitar pick necklace, and an #R5family bracket. I was even happier than I was!

R5 was now playing their closing song, Loud and I was so sad that the concert was over, but at the same time, I was really tired. I had a blast at my first ever concert. It also was more fun because it was R5! Ever since that concert, I was really obsess with R5 then.... Thanks Mom! :) <3
