He would be Friendly with everyone and he would sing a few melodies here and there,He would try and be a little pervert as well,Not in actions but in words,He would use a lot of obvious statements.
Ex: "Hey,Hey Sensei~! I Have to tell you something My dear Sensei.....*Slings an arm over Saitama's shoulder* you know what I eat for breakfast? (Saitama:....what.)..I eat pUSSY FOR BREAKFAST *LAUGHS LOUDLY AND GETS PUSHED OFF*"

You know that drunk guy that's at the bar to Let some stuff off his mind but ends up Worse than before? Yeah that's sonic when drunk,He would be whining about his life and wouldn't want to deal with anyone's shit
Ex: "EVERYDAY I FUCKING TRY TO GET BETTER IN MY SPEED BUT I END UP WORSE *DRUNK CRYING* WHAT AM I DOING WRONG????"

Mumen doesn't like getting drunk AT ALL,But when he is he doesn't know what the hell he's doing,He would have to look around and grab someone's arm and ask them "Where the tick tack snick snack patty whack Cracker Jack bio feedback am I?"
Ex: "WHERE ARE MY GLASSES...THEY WERE ON MY NOSE 10 SECONDS AGO...oh no wait they're here...wHERE AM IIII..?..WHERE ARE YOUUUU AND IM SO SORRYYYYY.."

Note that there's a difference between a confused drunk and a Confusing,a confusing drunk,she would do things that would confuse the people around her a lot,next morning she probably won't even remember her name.
Ex: "you know what's the first thing...the first thing that dwarfs do when they come here???....(Some guy:..what..?) THEY BITE ON SAITAMA'S HEAD BECAUSE HES A MUSHROOM..."
Tatsumaki:
The silent drunk
To put it simply,Tatsumaki's drunk state is kind of in denial,she would insist on staying till she gets out herself
Ex:"(some guy: Tatsumaki your drunk.) YA MAMA'S DRUNK....*Drinks from glass and notices Genos* wow...tin can has brothers...thEY'RE EVERYWHERE...(Genos: Miss Tatsumaki,go home and lay down.) oKAY.."
