Violet scrolled through her Wattpad "works." She had just starting reading two feminine!Brendon fics, convinced she was the influence. She noticed how unhealthy it was that half of her stories were bottom Brendon ryden porn (BBRP for short). Then, something caught her eye. It was a familiar design, candles, surrounded by roses, She read the Verdana. "Pure." Her eyes widened. The last time she updated it was about Christmas, and now she already had a plan for other books. She remembered everything, the announcements book, Micah's comments on all her stories, the late night at three AM, where she created and started to write it. Violet turned her phone off, tossing it over her shoulder, grabbing her laptop. She entered the password, grinning.

Pure is back.

we match.

we don't fit stereotypes, but we match.

i'm supposed to be quiet

well, that i am,

and detail oriented.

okay, i'm both of those things.

i am calm.

and he is energetic.

we don't have a lot in common,

we

match.

"What do you mean when you say 'we match?'" Ryan asked.
Brendon simply grinned at him, "We're compatible."

"Aries and Virgo?" Brendon nodded, "How? We don't have anything in common, according to astrology."

"You are right; we don't," Ryan furrowed his eyebrows, "but it doesn't matter. That doesn't stop us. We could still date-" Brendon paused, "if we wanted to."

"So," Ryan began, stroking Brendon's hair, "do you really wanna be my boyfriend?"

"Uh," Brendon looked down, blushing, "I never said, um- yes."

Ryan smiled, "Thanks."

Brendon raised an eyebrow, "Thanks?"

"Thanks for letting me love you," Ryan replied.

"Oh," Brendon said, cocking his head, "you're welcome."

'Josh' set a two glasses of water in front of the pair.

"Oh, no thanks, I'm good," Ryan said, pushing the glass away.

Josh shot him a confused look, "Dude, it's free."

"Yeah, but I've hydrated enough today," Ryan replied with a sheepish smile.

"You don't have to drink it, you know," Josh mumbled as he walked away.

"What was that?" Brendon questioned.

"Me and Travie, we had an inside joke when we in high school," Ryan chuckled to himself, "once when I was at their dad's diner somebody actually declined water, so I just mocked it every time it was their shift."

"How do you decline water?" Brendon asked.

The two looked over to the kitchen, hearing Travie laugh and Ryan grinned, "You just saw me do it."

"You actually never told me about your childhood, Ross," Brendon leaned forward.

"Please don't call me Ross," Ryan shuddered, "anything but Ross."

"Then what?" Brendon said in a shocked tone, "Ryan? Ry? Ryro? R? Sir? Daddy?"

Ashley let out a rich laugh, "He's serious!"

"Just," Ryan looked at Brendon's shining eyes for a second, "just call me Ryan."

"Hmm, okay, then you can call me Bren or Brenny, if you want to," Brendon looked away for a second, "or baby doll."

Ryan turned bright red before stuttering, "B-bren is good."

"Your choice," Brendon shrugged. From about two seats away, Ashley made a cheering noise.

"Ashley, leave us alone. Our only interactions in the last twelve hours have been sex and small talk," Ryan groaned.

"Fine," She muttered, "rude ass."

Ryan turned back to Brendon, "Sorry. What were you saying?"

"You never told me about your childhood."

"Promise not to freak out?" Brendon nodded. "My dad abused me, he was a drug addict, died of overdose. Everyone was pretty much broken up until now. I came to visit them, thought everything was fine with everyone, but last night," Ryan paused, "last night my mom committed suicide."

"Are you okay?" Brendon asked, "I- I'm really sorry, Ryan, I don't know how it feels with your mommy and daddy gone. Maybe not loving you, but not gone."

Ryan tried ignore the fact that Brendon said mommy and daddy, thus making him a four year old girl in disguise, and started to stroke his hair, even though Ryan was the dismal one of the pair, and truthfully needed comfort as well. Ryan locked his arms around Brendon's soft waist, smiling weakly. "Y'know, Bren, I never like to admit things like this, but... I'm sad. All the time."

"What?" Brendon said shakily, looking up to Ryan with wide, teary eyes, "N-no! I don't want you to be sad."

"I have depression, Bren," Ryan said, letting Brendon bury his head in his shoulder.

"Oh," Brendon looked up, "you could've just said that."

"Well, this morning you've been acting kind of innocent," Ryan thought for a second, "clueless. I didn't think you'd know what it means."

"No, I..." Brendon bit his bottom lip, now deeper into Ryan's shoulder, "I have ADHD."

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"Because we've only known each other for twelve hours, and so far your only nicknames for me are Bren, Baby doll, and slut," Brendon replied in a dull tone, ignoring Travie's giggling from the kitchen.

"No, like," Ryan looked at his hands, "last night,"

"Because we were having sex," Brendon rolled his eyes as if it were obvious.

"Maybe pick another time of night," Ryan suggested.

"When you were watching me finger myself?" Brendon asked, keeping innocence.

"No! Like, when I first met you, and you told me basically your entire life story," Ryan pressed his lips together.

"Oh, yeah," Brendon clenched his teeth, "there's a few things I didn't tell you."

Ryan raised an eyebrow, "Why not?"

"Because you could use it against me," Brendon sighed, "whenever I tell people those things, they wanna leave me."

"For having ADHD?" Brendon shook his head. "Then why?"

"There's another secret, and if I tell you, you're gonna hate me," Brendon added a small smile at the end.

"What is it?" Ryan questions.

"I can't tell you," Brendon shrugs.

"Why not?" Brendon looked up.

"We're in public, and we just met. Only my exes know the secret," Ryan tried to smile understandingly, but just let Brendon hide his face again.
