Brace For It

Chapter 1: Alex

Let me introduce myself, I'm Alex, I live in Alice Springs, NT, Australia and I'm stuck in the middle of a zombie apocalypse with no family and friends because they're all dead. Great day for me. It started off with going to the orthodontist to get my braces checked out and I found out I could get them off in a week! Well, I have to.. And then with my excitement building, I found out there's zombies in Australia. Absolutely fantastic. So I've decided to find my orthodontist and get these shitty metal pieces out my mouth. It's going to be an adventure to find him considering I don't know anything about zombies or fighting them because I'm more in to Disney.... I know, I know.. I'm a 16 year old boy who prefers Disney over zombies and fast cars, but I'm happy! So I just hope I can survive this hell hole of a town with my knowledge of Captain Jack Sparrow and Aladdin... 

But, back to the zombies.

How do I kill them? Do I have to stab them through the heart with a metal stake? Wait.... No, that's vampires... I'll google it when I have the chance... But seriously.. I have never seen a zombie movie in my life.. Besides 5  minutes of Zombieland and I'm pretty proud of that. But, if I've only seen 5 minutes of a zombie movie, how will I know how to survive. I could head to the public library... They would have zombie books, right? Cause I can't look it up on the internet cause the government shut down all the power poles but left the power on for some unknown reason... So I can charge my phone but not use it... Makes sense.. So I'll have to come up with a game plan to make it to the library but first I need to see what resources I have in my house...
