A Very Trolly Christmas

It had been a few months since Minecon had passed, and the holidays were here. It was Christmas Eve and you decided to have a party with all of your friends from college, since it had been a while since you had seen them. And, without a party, the holidays would become pretty boring. Or, the holiDAZE. You had to go to the store to get some decorations, since you didn't normally keep them for long, even though you probably should to save money.

~"Martin, I'm going to the store. Can you stay here and keep Ryan and Simon in check? Or at least make sure Ryan doesn't blow up my house?"

~"Awww. I wanted to go with you!" Martin whined in a joking manner.

~"But who will keep Ryan from spraying whipped cream everywhere? Someone has to stay here."

~"Simon can do it!" Martin exclaimed and pointed to Simon.

~"Me? Uhhhh I don't know Martin..." Said Simon nervously.

~"Oh come on! You'll be fine with Ryan." Martin reassured him.

You rolled your eyes and finally interrupted, "Ok. Martin, come with me and Simon stay with Ryan. I swear if I come back and the house is full of whipped cream, I will punch you Ryan."

~"Oh Y/N, you don't have to worry about me!" Ryan said and winked at you.

You gave Ryan an evil scowl and pulled Martin out of the door. The two of you drove to Target and walked inside, looking for some things to decorate the house with for the party. You found some garland, tinsel, and some nice blinking lights. Martin kept putting the the tinsel around his neck like a scarf and pretending he was fabulous.

~"Martiiiiinnnn! Stop playing with the tinsel! You're embarrassing yourself."

~"I'm not embarrassed! I'm fabulous!"

~"Well then you're embarrassing me." You retorted.

~"That was the point." He said and smirked, continuing to put the tinsel around him.

You sighed and continued walking. Then, Martin proceeded to continuously poke you in the arm while you were walking. You put up with it for a while, but after a while you couldn't handle it anymore.

~"MARTIN I SWEAR IF YOU DO NOT STOP POKING ME I WILL SLAP YOU." You said rather loudly. And now people around you were staring, but Martin just laughed as you sighed and went to the checkout. You were done with the store.

You got in the car and drove home, realizing the mistake you made taking Martin with you. He was like a child that you had to keep up with every second, but you had to admit, he was kind of adorable that way.

~"I probably made a mistake bringing you."

~"Nah, we both know you made a very good choice."

~"Eh, maybe." You said, laughing to yourself.

You and Martin headed home after about an hour and walked in the door, relieved to see that nothing had happened to your house while you were gone.

~"Ok guys. I have to set up these decorations, so unless you want to help, stay out of the way." You said, looking straight at Ryan.

~"Hey, why are you looking at me?" He said and raised his hands.

You said nothing and turned to hang up the tinsel and garland. Ryan, instead of heeding your words, took down a piece of tinsel every time you hung it up. The same with the lights and garland.

~"Ryan..."

~"Yeah?" Said Ryan, who was now on the couch watching you.

~"Screw you."
